Works well
Itâs pretty light weight but makes a good cup of coffee. It has so many optionsâ¦â¦I use kcups but it will take ground coffee and makes ice coffee.There are different settings for brew strength and cup size. I am happy with it so far.

While you can’t beat this little unit and almost every way, it has not been electrical tested by underwriter Laboratories!I’m sure this is why the instructions tell you to unplug it after every use.That being said, it is a nice little unit if you are willing to stand there while using it and unplug it after each use.Watch me make a cup of coffee in the video using a pod. About 5 minutes, but some of that time is spent explaining things.It’s actually a pretty fast brew.A couple things I didn’t mention in the video?In addition to making coffee with a pod or grounds, this makes iced coffee. I believe it can also make tea using a tea bag, but I’m not 100% sure on that, but I see no reason why it wouldn’t.I don’t have a lot of shelf space in this one bedroom apartment, so the small footprint is a big deal for me.They tell you to clean it before using it, which is simply a matter of running three cups of water through it without any coffee or tea. Bingo bingo Bongo.I don’t see any leaks, and the cleaning was easy. The design seems to be perfect as is the functionality. The instructions are very easy to understand.If I can figure this unit out quickly after only skimming through the directions? Anyone can.

Easy not so HOT orStrong.
Just got it yesterday very excited. Small footprint. Lots of water space for tank! Can make a cup fresh and walk away not leaving giant pot of coffee still brewing. Thatâs good. Now, Iâd love to see a hotter coffee come out out of it, and Checking to see how strong I can make a cup. I put it on strong setting filled the ground coffee, but still didnât impress with strong. Will try tomorrow!

Just beeps and doesnât brew
Saw this in another review and the replaced the machine. Went step by step and the machine is not working. Weâll see what the customer service says but Iâm most likely returning.

Customer service was great
I am amending my original review from 1 star due to the customer service I received. When they found out I was dissatisfied, they decided to send a new machine. Now, I have yet to see how it works, but will update when I receive it.See original review here:I was so excited for my new coffee maker. I set it up, followed all the instructions for first time use. Then tried running the water through as it says to do before brewing your first cup. Well it just beeped at me. I unplugged and plugged back in and it just beeped at me. I followed the troubleshooting steps and it just beeped at me. It will not brew at all. It just beeps. For a 60 dollar machine this is ridiculous. I am very disappointed.
