Excellent Product and Build Quality
The grinder is an upgrade for me from the Cusinart Stainless Steel, DBM-8 model. It was a flat burr grinder. It still worked fine but sounded like a jet engine at start up. Way too loud and I had for 18 years. The Shardor is much, much quieter and grinds the beans in a more consistent manner from fine to course. It works great for a conical burr grinder. The outside is wrapped in stainless steel and has some heft to it. It does not feel cheap and flimsy. It’s also very easy to clean with the enclosed brush. The hopper is a good size, but the collection container is a bit on the small side but that is a minor quibble. For me, that’s fine, as I am the only one in the house that drinks coffee. It comes with a 1 year warranty, but if you send them a picture of your Amazon order invoice via e-mail, they will extend it to two years automatically. I sent my picture the day it came and they responded the very next day. So far, that’s excellent service. The product is made in China, however it is of very good quality and they seem to stand by their product. Even some of the very high end grinders are made in China. So don’t let that deter you one bit. I hope this review helps.

Update again: Good customer service, replacement sent, all is well!
After 2.5 months, it stopped grinding. The timer worked, but the actual grinding capability, stopped.I contacted the company, told them what happened, they asked for my order number and within a few days, I had a new one.Thank you so much Shardor for your product support.____Iâve been using this daily now for a month now. I wanted to give some time using it before I wrote a review.I really love it.First of all, I wanted it to be something small and nice to look at on my counter. Which it is. Happy with how small of a space it takes.Also, I love the grind âtimeâ feature so you can get just the right amount. Itâs so easy to push the pre set button, I use 20 seconds and it gives me the exact amount. No more scooping and guessing from a ground coffee bag.The only thing I found strange about this device is that if you close the grinding chamber with the sealing cover, it will not fit in the space.So I just pulled off the seal cover entirely and use it without. No need for it anyway for what I do. But I did feel it was a strange design.I just grind, pour it into the coffee filter right away and set the timer on my coffee maker and itâs good to go. So the sealing cover really isnât necessary (for what I do).I havenât adjusted the grind settings, I just leave it at the âdrip pour overâ and itâs fine for my needs.Iâm really happy with this Shardor and glad I took the chance with a brand name Iâd never heard of before.Itâs so much better to use fresh coffee beans vs ground. The flavor is much, much better.

Great grinder. Low to no static! Wonderful customer service!
I bought this grinder after reading reviews for many different grinders at different price points. I selected this one due to reviews confirming that it does well with eliminating static and precision grinds. I used this grinder for a few months and then started getting an E3 error, which at times I could resolve with some cleaning, but eventually could not, the item would not work when displaying this error. I contacted the brand directly (info in the manual) and they responded quickly! They resolved the issue by sending out a new grinder, which I had within about a week of contacting them. I am very happy with this grinder, it looks great and does a super job. Hoping it does not run into issues in the future!

Great grinder!
Two important claims about this grinder are true: it IS anti-static (a regular burr grinder can be very messy with static electricity throwing grounds around!) and it IS relatively quiet. Itâs handsome and has a small footprint on the counter. I use it to grind beans for my French press, so the timed feature is great, giving me a consistent grind and measure each time. So convenient! And if I remember to hold the catch bin in place, thereâs absolutely no mess.

Great coffee grinder
The shardor coffee grinder is a perfect 10. The anti static container is amazing with no coffee stuck to the sides. The grind size is very consistent. The timer is very accurate and controllable. It is pretty quiet. Much better than my old Cuisinart grinder.

Great value
Iâm quite happily surprised how well built this is. Way quieter than my old flat burr grinder, and so happy about the static-free grinding, what a relief to be free from that mess! Really even grind too, this is more of a mill than a grinder, the burr edges are actually sharp so thereâs a lot less of the random size fragments and powder from crushing the beans with a dull burr. Very solid grinder.

Fast grinding no static company replacing defective grinder sent first
Update: The company contacted me offering to replace the unit. I was busy with other things and did not reply to their offer immediately. To their merit they were very persistent with their replacement offer contacting me several times. I sent them my shipping address and received notification a new unit is on the way. Must give them 5 star Kudos for customer service.I love the grinder itself. No more mess with coffee dust. It is easy to use and parts fit well. Hopefully the new grinder they are sending will lock in place. I anticipate it will. If so, it will be the best coffee grinder I have ever owned.First review:This is a fast grinder with easy controls. It does not create static grounds. For that reason it is much better than my old grinder that sent grounds all over the counter. However I have yet to have a complete grind because this grinder turns itself off after about 3 seconds. The top bean bin is supposed to lock in place in order to activate the grinder. It doesn’t lock and it comes loose after about 3 seconds and stops with an error code. that must be reset then you have to figure how many seconds are left to grind . . .I will return this one and ask for a replacement.

RecibÃ un Molinillo para cafÃ© que habÃa sido usado previamente, al salir de la caja estaba lleno de residuos de cafÃ©, por lo que despuÃ©s de limpiarlo tal y como dice el instructivo y armarlo siguiendo las instrucciones me tope con la sorpresa de que no podÃa moler por mas de 3 segundos sin detenerse, estaba muy emocionado, ya que era mi primer molinillo elÃ©ctrico, esperaba mucho, pero me lleve una gran decepciÃ³n.
