Excellent product!!!
I’ve used a hand held frother for years and thought I’d give the Secura Frother/Steamer a try. It has exceeded my expectations! Beautiful hot froth in under 90 seconds. Quiet. No issues with frothing over the top unless you fill it beyond the designated fill lines. Easy to clean – just rinse and wipe. And as a bonus – the stainless steel pot looks great and fits beautifully next to my coffee maker. The price is very reasonable and much more affordable than other brands. I highly recommend this product!

My life has completely changed. No more going to a coffee shop for my chai lattes.
My life has forever changed. I love chai lattes in the morning. If I am out and about or driving to work, I stop at my favorite coffee shop and get one there. But with working from home, I am unable to make the trip every morning. So for the past two years I have been making my chai lattes at home, horribly. I microwaved my milk in my mug and then used a chai powder – I know. Terrible. I finally decided enough was enough and did some research. In my research findings, I found out I needed to step up my chai latte game, big time. It mentioned to buy a milk heater/frother. I have never heard of this before so I got on Amazon and started looking. I saw this one immediately and thought wow it’s got some great reviews. But I never stop at that, I always look at the bad reviews too. I became skeptical. You see, I saw some people say this couldn’t froth non-dairy products very well. I switch between unsweetened almond and unsweetened oat milk, whichever is on sale. So reading that this heater/frother had issues with non-dairy products was a major bummer. Someone mentioned it scorched their milk. Others said it was hard to clean. So I kept looking and noticed other products, but just kept coming back to this one. I decided to purchase this item and after my first time using it today, I will never go back to warming my milk up in the microwave. I decided to use the heat/froth option for my first go thinking it wouldn’t froth that much since it was unsweetened almond milk with 2% fat. Remember this was what one reviewer mentioned. When it was finished, I went to pour it and it was the most luscious, thick froth I had ever seen. If I was looking for a more froth based drink, I would have been in heaven. But for my chai lattes, I am looking for mostly milk with a little bit of froth on top. So whomever said that non-dairy products don’t froth very easily in this device are 100% wrong. So I tried it on just the heat setting and when I went to pour it was like I was at my favorite coffee shop. It was perfect. Perfectly warmed with a nice light foam on top. Yes, I am still using my stupid powder, but will be switching to steeping the chai leaves here soon once I run out of the powder. But at least half my battle of getting a wonderful homemade chai latte is complete. Anyway, this shipped super quick to me, instructions were easy to follow, the product worked beyond my expectations, and it was super easy to clean. I highly recommend this heater/frother. It’s amazing.

Fantastic Frother!
I have had this for about a month and I have to say I absolutely love it. I use it a couple of times a day. It froths plant based milks perfectly. Before I used to use one of those small hand held frothers, but they were not sturdy and always broke. Plus, they did not heat the milk. I love this all in one step and it is so seamless and quick. Clean up is easy, just make sure not to submerge it in water. I even sometimes use it to make a quasi-mocha by adding a a teaspoon of dark cocoa powder to the milk when frothing. Does an amazing job. Love it

Decent frother, but not long lasting
Purchased in April 2023. Really enjoyed this frother to make lattes/cappuccinos. Worked perfectly fine up until recently (December 2024). Milk started to boil over, spilling out and creating a mess unless I was able to watch it and stop the machine just prior to it boiling over. Fast forward a few weeks of that and now it wonât start at all. Thought this product wouldâve lasted longer.Pros: Easy to operate & clean / makes a nice, hot frothCons: Lasted less than 2 years, malfunctioned frequently towards the end of its life

Works well
I’ve had the Secura Milk Frother for over a year. I’m very happy with it for my daily cappuccinos (made with a cheap Aeropress). (I used to use handheld frothers. The first one I bought worked well and lasted a long time, but subsequent handheld frothers broke quickly, making them not worth the money.)The measurements on the inside of the pot are hard to read. However, you can add milk based on how much of the little whisk is covered by the milk: barely cover the entire whisk for 2 servings; leave the plastic head of the whisk showing for 1 serving. Don’t overfill or the pot will overflow.Cleaning is quick and easy. Add some dishsoap and water. Put the lid on (over a sink; it’s not air tight due to the pouring spout). Give it a shake. Rinse the lid and whisk. Use the little brush that comes with it to scrap out any milk scum. Rinse the soap out of the pot, wipe with a towel, and you are done. I don’t love the little brush; it wish it was a little bigger. But that’s a minor thing. This is a good quality product.

Clean it right after you use it.
There are no dislikes. Easy-to-use and easy-to-clean. It even frouths skim milk. Well built. I liked it so much that I bought one for my daughter for Christmas.

Hay que tener en cuenta que hay otro modelo de la misma marca con menor capacidad.Buenos resultados con leche entera, leche descremada y leche deslactosada de vaca, con leches de almendra, leches de avena o de coco no funciona bien, pero esto es por el tipo de leche que no espuma.

This product is EXCEPTIONAL and works perfectly. After reading the negative reviews I was worried, but luckily the good reviews were very clear so I took the chance. It is clear now that the bad reviews are written by people that did NOT READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. 1. You can only use MILK in it, not oat milk or any other NON MILK product. They are completely different food structures, you can’t whip water for heavens sake! 2. There are two lines inside the mixer. They are NOT a min and max line, they are BOTH max lines. All the negative reviews that said the frothed milk overflowed are clearly using the top line incorrectly. The lower line is the MAX line to FROTH MILK. The upper line is the MAX line to heat milk. If you use the top line to froth milk (which is wrong) it will overflow 3. You MUST use the correct tool when you ONLY want to heat the milk. Using the froth tool (the circle wire thing) you can only use the lower line and you can froth the milk to be cold or froth it to be hot. There will be a little milk residue at the bottom after you have heated (either with the froth tool or with the no froth tool) that is normal, you are heating milk for goodness sake, it is VERY EASILY CLEANED in seconds – I use the spray option on my kitchen tap. 4. You CANNOT heat the milk without one of the tools, if you do not put the non froth black thing in when heating (not frothing) then the milk will burn since the milk needs to still be agitated slightly (that is what the black thing does). So, this product is fantastic if you read the instructions. It works perfectly everything and makes great lattes when you add the frothed milk to tea or coffee!
