Great product that holds up to a lot of use!
I recently posted about the heating component not working – which was very disappointing (I posted 2 stars). Well 2 days later it started working. I am assuming that I got water in the mechanism which caused it to short out.So now it is back up and running. Again – I am a marathon user of this product – so I kind of expect it to break down like the other ones I have purchased. So far so good- purring like a kitten!Easy to use. Easy to clean. Gets the job done fast.

Frothy Perfection
This thing is great! I used a handheld frother for a couple of years until it ground to a near stop and was just swirling the milk around. I started doing the research for a replacement and came across this Secura Automatic frother that also heats the milk as it froths, amazing! Back in the dark ages, I would microwave the milk (I use half n half) in a measuring cup, then work away at frothing it with the handheld – never again now that I found this one. Just pour in your milk of choice between the min/max fill lines and push the button – thereâs a hot and a cold button but I always use hot, just personal preference. About a minute later itâs densely frothed and perfectly heated. Cleanup is simple with the nonstick coating. Just swish it out with warm water and a sponge or cloth and done. I am thrilled with this purchase!

Switch issues
I originally wrote a good review about this product. I do love an electric frother. I’ve returned and did an exchange. Now returning the new one. both had switch issues. It’s issues with the switch itself. It stops working correctly. The first one, I lost the mid range froth mode.. Second one, used it for a week, and now the switch in stuck in the ON position and it doesn’t turn off. The no heat selection doesn’t work, the mid range froth selection doesn’t work. Only selection that works is the stiff foam one. I have to manually pull the container off the base to stop the frother from engaging. Scalded milk if you don’t watch it. Amazon has credited this purchase back to me… for the 2nd time. This company needs to pull the product because the componets are flawed. Side note: I followed the directions for cleaning. The frother was never submerged in water while washing, the base never got wet nor did the bottom of the pitcher.

Good value for the price
I’ve tried a few of these and this is actually my second one from this company. The other one lasted about a year & 1/2 of heavy use. I tried a different one and returned it right away.This frother, it’s better as it doesn’t seem to burn the milk or stick as much. I also got the extended warranty through Amazon. As I believe these types of devices last only a year or maybe 2 years of heavy use.

I am very pleased with the SECURA milk frother model: MMF-003B. I like the size, the easy functions and choices. The machine is so quiet and easy to clean. It makes great froth for my lattes.

Not for none dairy products
The frother machine is an excellent idea to save your money if you are like me buying coffee every morning on my top work. However, the machine only works with regular milk. For those that are looking into none dairy products this doesnât work. I got misled by the reviews and I bought it thinking that I can savory and spoil myself with different kind of milks but that wasnât the case. I try : almond, cashew, rice, and oat milk and all it does is warm but no frothing. Other then that the machine is quite and easy to use.

Excellent milk frother but needs gentle cleaning of the liner-Excellent customer service
We have had this for 7 months and it works very well for both milk frothing and heating. Like the several Nespresso units we previously had, the interior lining flakes off and is likely in the milk we are drinking. Unlike the Nespresso units (which didn’t do this for several years and was only about 10% of the floor), it started just a few months after purchase (we use it daily) and now extends to about 20-25% of the floor. After writing a critical review based on this problem, the company contacted me with simple cleaning instructions that will preserve the lining and sent me a new unit. This was excellent customer service far beyond anything I have experienced. This is the best milk frother I have owned (and I have had several over the years) and one I would highly recommend as long as you soak the interior with water after use and gently remove any caked milk solids.
