Wonderful, device, does its job well
If you want easy, hot, frothed milk or hot cocoa, this is it. My sons have gotten into “fancy coffee” and were trying to make frothed milk with the Magic Bullet & the microwave. They also love hot chocolate. A friend recommended this milk frother and it was a big hit. It heats & froths the milk beautifully for coffee, and it holds enough milk for 2 portions of cocoa. It mixes cocoa powder well and reaches a perfect serving temperature. The separate carafe is much easier to clean than our Coco Motion that has the base attached.

Great For Frothing Half and Half
My wife and I both like half and half in our morning coffee. Whipping it just makes it an even better experience. We have tried several different ways to whip the half and half but none of them even got close to this machine. We use half and half with 5 grams of fat per serving. I know some will cringe at that amount of fat, but I figure if you can’t splurge a bit in the mornings why get out of bed. Anyway, the froth coming out of this machine is thick, rich and creamy. It is so thick it actually lasted overnight in the fridge and all we had to do was re-whip it in the morning. We did try whipping whole milk. The results were not as dramatic, but the milk was silkier and had some frothing. The whisk is not one of those with the spring wrapped around a plastic holder which inevitable stretches and no longer whips the liquid. The whisk is made of a solid piece plastic, and you receive two extra whips. The whip sits very loosely on the spindle which seems a bit strange, but I believe the whole system works using magnets. Lastly it is very quiet when running.

Great sidekick for my nespresso
I have had this product for exactly 1 year. Itâs awesome for making foam for my Nespresso coffee and for making hot chocolate. Iâve used it almost daily. No issues with noise or heating like other people have mentioned. I love that itâs non toxic and the milk cup is dishwasher safe!
About 2 months ago I noticed it was getting VERY hot while plugged in but not on. It smelled like burning plastic. I contacted Secura customer support via email and they responded within 3 hours and sent me a replacement free of charge. Great customer service and overall great product!
Donât hesitate to contact them if you have an issue and itâs outside of the Amazon return window. They stand by their product which is rare these days!

this frother makes good froth. The start button however can be pushed many many times and often simply will not start. This has been since Day one. I kept thinking this has to be me, who would make a product you cannot depend will function? Now, I am thoroughly annoyed @ 7 weeks and feel like I am out $55 for a very inferior product. ? Design flaw, I don’t know, but if you cannot get it to start, you cannot enjoy the great froth.

Great Frother for lattes and cappachino!
I wanted to write a review because I saw that others were having issues and were blaming the machine.
You MUST fill to minimum line for frothing or it will shut itself off. I like using the “heat milk” feature first, then I do a final froth before pouring.
All that said, it’s a very versatile and useful machine for milk drinks like lattes (less foam) and cappachinos (more foam). I’ve had mine since January ’24 and it’s still running like a top!

Wow! Look no further!
I’ve never successfully foamed cold whole milk, so I tried this first. Unbelievable, take a look. So far very easy, very impressive foam, and easy to clean. They all appear to make foam, but this is one of few that isn’t a single piece with the motor, so very easy to clean! It’s been probably 15 minutes now, some milk has blended into the coffee but I still have about an inch of foam sitting on top. Looking forward to trying hot in the morning!
The hot foam is thick, delightful and holds up to pouring coffee over it. I have made both whole milk and half and half!
There is a minimum line which is far more cream than I need for two cups of coffee. I have found it does fine with less but don’t know why this may not be good to do other than the cream does scald slightly on the bottom, may be because of my lower volume.

Decline in Quality
I purchased two of these: one in April 2023 and another in May 0f 2023. The one purchased in April works great. The one purchased in May has been very lightly used and no longer works. The motor is not able to froth milk any longer even though it has been well cared for and lightly used. The worst part is I was trying to contact the seller to let them know, but I can’t find information on here for contacting their customer service line directly. I’m now shopping for a different brand.

NOTE April 2024 – This wonderful machine stopped heating the milk. It gradually took longer and longer to work, then it could only barely warm the milk then it stopped heating altogether. I just emailed the manufacturer for warranty support.
UPDATE: The replacement is still going strong.
ORIGINAL REVIEW – So glad I sprang for the deluxe model. Warm milk, hot chocolate, chai tea. Easy clean up. Fill, press the button, go do something else. No fuss, no mess, no hovering, no burnt milk, no pot to scrub clean. Go for it.
Some room for improvement: stainless steel whisks so you don’t have to cool them off between drinks – make the temperature and whisk speed separate buttons so you can customise your experience, like for making matcha.

I don’t write product reviews very often. But once in a wile I run into a product that deserves it and this frother is one. We are vegans so we don’t use normal milk. For this coffee I uses “whole not milk” a delicious product in itself, but it frothed amazing. This Frother does one amazing job and it is quite large you can do 2 smaller cups or one larger cup of coffee at a time. We used it with instant expresso coffee just to try it and I have to say it’s like a Starbucks cappuccino. Very impressed with this gadget and highly recommend it.

Todo bien, solo que no siempre se equilibra el mezclador central. A veces baila como pirinola sobre todo a velocidades bajas. Por lo demás muy buena compra.
