Won’t last five months
Even though I knew I was buying at the bottom end of the price scale, I expected more. Originally, I liked the frother; but sadly, the device is not made to last. The device uses outdated micro-USB charging ports with quality issues. After about 30 days, the charging base became “finicky” and would stop working if wiggled at all; after 45 days, the base stopped working and the unit had to be plugged directly to charge. Problem is that workaround only lasted another 30 or so days and then the main charging port on the device became flaky. After 5 months, the motor itself died, and the device became useless.

I love to make custom coffee drinks, both pot and cold. This particular brand makes a great milk froth and it is amazingly rechargeable wow genius. It sits in the corner and can be plugged in in a moment notice and recharges within a few minutes. It comes with its own stan several different extra ends, depending on what you want to whip up. Overall, it’s a great product. I love the bright red shade is easily located in the corner of my kitchen or if I choose to put it in a drawer. It washes up within seconds nothing sticks to the ends and it works great. I love all three speeds wow the third speed is like dynamite. Give it a try. I think you’ll love it, I did.

Worth it to me.
One year and four month later, this little appliance is still going strong. The frother attachment did break at the base at about the one year mark. I use this to stir (not froth) my coffee, so I just grabbed one of the other attachments that came with it and it is working great. I use this once a day in the morning.Update 9/21/2024: I purchased this in January 2023 and use it once each morning. I had to order a new one this morning because all three of the attachments have now broken. He hand base is still going strong. I reordered the same one because of the price and I will keep the old base for travel and the new one at home. Make sure you do not pull on the arm of the attachment to remove it. Pry it from the mechanism where it attaches or you will break the attachment. I did that with the last one and that is why I am having to reorder.

Great easy to use Frother/Mixer
I use the frother on low speed to stir my coffee and the high speed to make a really thick batch of Frothed milk to top off my coffee. You only need a small amount of milk to create a nice spoonable cup of froth using the spring ended attachment.The low profile charger works pretty fast and the charge seems to last forever. I use it nearly every day and only have to charge it after about 3 or 4 months. I keep it next to the coffee maker so it’s easy to reach and it doesn’t take up much space.The Stainless Steel cup and additional mixing attachments are a nice touch.The fact that it’s rechargeable makes it worth it to me.

Device Works Well & Customer Service is Unparalleled
After trying five previous frothers this unit is the best so far. It has the most power and suitable attachments for our needs. We use it every single day. Their customer service is the best ever.Correspondence below between myself (Rich) and customer service representative (Sarah) says it all:February 2023(Rich) You folks have been so kind and have already replaced our frother once before. We use it every day mixing drinks with nutrition supplements for our daughter with epilepsy. We keep it stored on the charger between uses. The last several days it has been acting up and today it has quit working properly. It comes on sporadically and with little power. Our invoice on August 11, 2022 from Amazon is attached.What do you suggest we do?(Sara) We had arranged with Amazon to send a replacement set to your mailing address.June 2023(Rich)You folks so kindly replaced our frother in February this year and unfortunately this one has quit working. Attachments come apart
UPDATE: The seller was very quick to send a replacement along with good instructions on how to maintain the hand blender. So far we have not had any problems with the attachments coming apart and we are being careful with it. We still like the option of the different speeds and the USB stand to keep it charged. I believe that by being mindful when changing out the attachments, I would recommend this product._________________________________________I loved this hand blender when I first got it. The charging stand is a nice plus after having used battery operated hand blenders. However, after a few weeks, the frother attachment came apart as I was using it. I switched to using the whisk attachment, but after a couple of weeks, that too came off as it was being used. I don’t know if the glue used to put these together wasn’t strong enough, but now the mixer is totally unusable. I missed my return window, unfortunately, so I’ll have to shop for another mixer that is better made. I gave this two stars because while the controls are easy to use and it’s simple to charge, the attachments take away everything good about it.
