If you are looking for a decent one serving cup that doesn’t spill … look no further!!!
Here we have a two for one review. I was looking for a small coffee maker that I could program so that I could have a hot coffee waiting for me when I woke up. Being the only coffee drinker in the house, I didn’t need a big 12 cup coffee maker and none of the smaller coffee makers were less than 5 cups minimum. So, I found the Wirsh Single Serve Coffee Maker- Small Coffee Maker with Programmable Timer and LCD display, Single Cup Coffee Maker with 14 oz.Travel Mug and Reusable Coffee Filter,NON-POD Coffee Maker,Black https://a.co/d/c2MW0Me. This little coffee maker is the diggity!!! It makes 12 Oz. of coffee perfectly. The only downside is the cup it came with 1. Does not fit in the coffee maker with the lid on, and 2. Doesn’t work well to keep the coffee hot for very long. I searched Amazon for an insulated coffee mug that would fit, as well as allow me to leave the lid on (because I have an issue with leaving things sit on the counter without a lid) .. ya, you guessed it, there are 3 asscats in my house and they get into everything. Ok, back to the search .. I stumble across this SANTECO 12 0z. mug and right away I go for the measurements section … and HECK YES, it will fit!!! So, I order the mug .. and of course, Amazon dangles the buy this much more and get your item overnight carrot in front of my face, so I bit, you know because we live in a world of instant gratification. So, the SANTECO arrives, and I rip the box open like a kid on Christmas Morning! First impressions, this thing is solid,,, and it’s cute as all get out. Time to do the fit check … and perfect. Okay, but will it work with the pot with the lid on and will it keep the beverage hot?? I run a cup of water through the machine, the mug fits perfectly with a slight tilt which guarantees the water takes the path of least resistance and goes directly into the sip hole. So, let’s put it to the test .. I let the cup sit on the counter. Now I didn’t have a thermometer to measure temperature wise, so I did the old fashion sip test. I started at 8:00 and took a sip every hour. By 2:00 the water was still warm, not as hot as 8:00 but I would say still enjoyable as a hot beverage. Now for the ice coffee test. I started at 2:00, using about 1/4 the way up with Ice, by 11:00 that evening the ice was gone but the beverage was still cold. Mind you the mug is advertised to keep hot beverages hot for 6 hours and cold for 12 hours. I would say that’s a fair and accurate claim. Bonus round that this thing is completely spill proof!!! Add your sugar and creamer, put the lid on, and tumble mix. Ok, so that is my long-drawn-out review of this product. If you are looking for a small, insulated mug, take a chance on this SANTECO, you will not be disappointed!

Way better than expected
Purchased this for my wife to use on our recent four month RV trip. Honest, she wasn’t impressed at first but the first time it got cold and she used it for hot tea, she became a fan. It’s the perfect 12oz size, the color is very nice, the cup is well made, and it kept her tea hot for hours. Seriously one day she made tea just before we started at around 0800 and she sipped it all day. Made a comment the tea was still hot at 1300. The only down side she told me is you have to make very sure the lid is tightly closed. Now, this made no sense to me until she showed me. I screwed the lid on and thought it was tight but when she tipped the cup, tea dripped out under the lid. You have to give it a good twist pass the point where you think it’s secure. Ok, lesson learned but that doesn’t distract in our view from the value. This has become her go to cup for hot drinks while we RV.

I like this mug
I wanted something to keep my coffee from spilling in the car, so initially I had ordered another brand but found that one leaked and I still got coffee spilled in my car. Then I saw this one and the pink color really caught my eye. In fact, it is a really pretty pink. I love it! No leaking so far, keeps the coffee nice and hot for hours. It fits my cup holder in the car nicely. I love the size, about one cup, and the somewhat slim design is easy to grip. Good value for the money!

Finally! Hot coffee!
I donât often write a review, but I found the reviews helpful when searching & finally purchasing. I donât like lukewarm coffee (itâs either hot, iced or dumped)! While I like collecting & using seasonal or souvenir cups, I only drink a few sips & itâs cold. I have tried other insulated mugs, but they are too large to hold or the lid eventually leaks or gets chipped. I also didnât want a tall 16oz mug that is larger at the top.I love this insulated mug! â¤ï¸ Itâs slim & easy to hold, fits perfectly in a vehicle holder, keeps coffee hot, doesnât leak, opens & closes with ease, doesnât drip when sipping, has a twist-top closure** & looks great too (I chose a pale pink so the guys wouldnât use it ð)! Its good for a quick cup when Iâm in a rush because it holds warmth very well and the quality is very strong. Doesn’t spill but sometimes I have issues with the lid. Overall its durable for a good price.

I really liked it when I first got it, it kept my drink hot/warm for quite a few hours. The little rubber band tore apart though after washing it, so now it doesn’t stay warm for long and it leaks everywhere.
