Perfect kettle
I was looking for a kettle that is not bulky, big, and ugly like any other new kettles I find are with wallet-ripping price in America.Iâm very happy with the design and size . Water heats fast with thin metal. Love the cute little chain that keeps the kid from going missing. Itâs nice to have a small fabric wrap to keep on handle because it gets hot. And probably better to avoid scribing to clean because the material is NOT copper, itâs stainless steel with copper colour COATING

This thing is great. It’s smaller than what I had hoped for, but its beautiful and I love the tea filter. I don’t boil my water to the “whistle” because I don’t like mine that hot, so can’t attest to whether this does or how loud it would be.

This is a good option for those who want the look of a copper pot but not the expense. It works well with an induction stove top. It’s smaller than your average tea pot but good for serving a few. Be careful to hold the top when pouring because mines fell off mid pour and the steam burned my finger. I’ve only used it once but will update on how the coating hold up after further use.

It IS, in fact, a kettle.
Much better than I was anticipating. I purchased the Silver(DD) option and was prepared for the title of the item to be misleading where it stated ‘kettle’. I figured that was just for buzzword search purposes, as it definitely looks like it would only be for use as a teapot, but not to boil water over a gas flame in. A review mentioned something to that effect as well, though i wasnt sure if it was for this item or one of the other options, so i figured i would just find out for myself. However, it is a thicker metal over-all than it looks to be in the pictures and I wasn’t sure it would actually be stainless steel, but it seems to be and I have successfully boiled water on the stove with it, with no effects to the pot in any way. I’m very happy. The handle and lid get hot and require a pot holder to handle after heating, but I was prepared for and fine with that. It’s not as large as some kettles, but I knew that as well, and it still works for two large cups of tea or three smaller cups. Three cheers for successfull form and function.
