Nice Cup with an Issue
I wanted to give this cup a 5 star review. I love the size, the handle,and it keeps my drink cold all day. However I am not sure if all their cups are like this or mine is seriously flawed. It takes me sometimes 10 min.to get the lid on,it is extremely frustrating. It is like the grooves in the lid and the cup can’t line up,and when they do,the opening that you drink out of ends up directly above the handle,which makes it impossible to drink out of. I have never had an issue with a cup like this,very disappointed,.I wanted to love it and I would have if not for this issue.

Product is great as advertised! What I like most is how the handle is higher up and allows the cup to seat deeply into the cup holder in the car. Thereâs only one thing I would do to enhance this product in which I will contact the company for them to implement in the next design.

Love the twist on lid!
Was looking for a twist on lid as I don’t have enough feeling or strength in my hands for a regular lift off lid. This mug is awesome! If you rinse it off each time you refill, you’ll have no problem with this lid. It’s great!!
