Customers say
Customers appreciate the storage box’s attractive appearance and ample tea bag capacity. They find it functional and lightweight. However, some have concerns about the material’s sturdiness, mentioning that it’s thin veneer wood instead of solid wood. There are mixed opinions on value for money and size.

Gift
Perfect gift. Very attractive on a counter. Sturdy box. Holds enough for a nice variety of tea bags.

Simple, well crafted, nice design.
This tea organizer has a great look to it and was a nice addition to our office space. It is relatively compact for the amount of tea it holds. The decoration on the lid is well done and really makes the box a nice little accent piece in addition to organizing your tea. While it is not sturdy (not that it is meant to be), it is well made and I anticipate it lasting quite awhile.

Pretty, useful, but quality is iffy
I was hoping to eliminate some of the many boxes of tea in my cupboard and loved the look of this one. Is made of balsa or particle board however, so while itâs lightweight, itâs also pretty flimsy. The good news is, tea doesnât weigh that much. Each cubicle holds about 15 teabags (if you put some effort into stacking them) so that is almost enough for a full box. Iâd love to see it be just an inch taller so a full box could fitâ¦like what are you supposed to do with those extra 5 teabags? Also, Iâd rather the lid be flush in the back with metal hinges instead of being offset with plastic hinges, because the lid keeps flopping shut instead of staying open. All in all, Iâm relatively pleased at my initial assessment, but Iâm afraid the quality might be an issue. Proceed with caution.

Perfect and pretty tea box. Holds a large amount of tea

very pretty box
The box is very pretty, but the wood is rather thin. Works for what I wanted (wrapped tea bags fit in nicely- I use both Bigelow and Stash brands).

Gorgeous!
Beautiful tea box, light weight, and makes for a nice gift great value for the price.

Lightweight
It’s ice looking and surely more organized but the more expensive wood one would’ve been the better choice. This one is a bit flimsy

Wooded Tea Box
Disappointed in material very thin veneer wood not solid wood, can break easy; and smaller sections for teas than picture shown. Price is high for material.

This is a lovely gift. I bought two of these boxes – one brown and one white. Beautiful detailing and design. However, the construction is a little flimsy. Itâs very lightweight, thin wood. When we opened one of our boxes arrived, the wood had broken in transit (see picture), and I canât seem to message the seller for a refund or replacement.

Super cute and fits a lot of tea bags! I was a little sad about how the top is super scratched up though. It doesn’t show up in pics, but it’s very noticeable in person. It looks like whoever sanded it didn’t know you’re supposed to sand with the grain. Like they were rubbing the sand paper around on it the way you would wipe down a table with a wet cloth. (This is only on the top of the lid though, not anywhere else on the box. But unfortunately, the top is also the part people see most, lol.)

I was so excited to receive this item, however was let down when it arrived damaged. The packaging itself was well done, very pretty in fact, so it looks like the damage was done whilst in n the packing process. The material is very flimsy .. I knew it was made from MDF but thought it would be more ârobustâ (thicker) – itâs really basic and rudimentary which is a shame. The only redeeming fact s the design / machine crafted but nice. Ii believe the actual price point should be no more than $30AUS and thatâs being generous. It will now cost me more to return it and there is no refund information for damages goods as there is no store information to be seen – should have been my first red flag. I wonât be purchasing from this store again.

This was a Christmas gift for my mom. She loved it. The tea box was well packaged and the detail on the lid is beautiful.

It is dollar store quality. Put together via slots, looks terrible compared to photos and IS NOT WOOD. Very misleading title.
