Use it properly and you’ll enjoy it for coffee duty
I researched a lot of these reusable filters and began to wonder why people have such drama and issues. These cups fit my K-cup type machine (Cuisinart single server 72-ounce tank) just fine. The hingle on the cup was an issue for some but I think they must really be abusive and rough on it. If you treat this properly and clean it with care, it lasts just fine. You do NOT need to put in a dishwasher or scrub as both parts come clean with a rinse once properly emptied. The inner screen cup holds more than enough coffee grinds to make a good cup. It is very easy to fill with a teaspoon and no special funnel or gadget needed. To empty, I gently tap the screen on the side of my kitchen trash can to empty the grinds (they stick inside a little) and it comes clean with a rinse in the sink. Nothing more required. All of these products are priced a little too high but it does deliver as expected.

Works well by itself, but note that it’s NOT interchangeable with the Cuisinart filters. That’s ’cause the basket inner diameter is smaller than the OEM version. They don’t cross-fit, so you have to keep track. Of course y’all can FORCE thangs to fit, but then you’d lose brewing efficiency and strengths; the hot water will leak around and over the casing rather than pressuring thru the basket and grounds etc. (The case has a tiny thin O-ring that’s s’posed to help with that, which won’t work if not mated with the correct basket.)Otherwise the replacement case and baskets are very high quality and work well together. The bending-plastic hinge is still like the original Cuisinart’s. The hinge’s service life can be extended by not flexing it much past 90 degrees, then it lasts a long time.

Fits good enough
Fits well enough with my Cuisinart coffee maker to make coffee. The inside screens did not fit inside the original Cuisinart cup.

Perfect match for the new Cuisinart model with both grinder and pod side by side. Always a good idea to have extras.
