    Nice lightweight cups
I’m often asked to bring plastic cups to picnics or kid events. I feel better bringing these cups made with plants since they are compostable. They are good size cups (as big as the red solo cups) so they work great for adults, teens and kids. Very sturdy cups for many events

    Worked perfectly
No issues with melting on our 86 degree Michigan summer day in the direct sun. Loved them so much I started a subscription so I always gave them on hand!

I love having an Eco-friendly choice that works great.
I love having an Eco-friendly choice that works great. The environment is more important to me than a cup that will last a few lifetimes. I did test right when received to see how hot a liquid they could handle. Not because that was my intent, but because I knew they would not be the same as petroleum. I do not use petroleum for hot drinks as I do not want to drink petroleum. These look great, work great. And non polluting is great for a party. Thrown all your cups and paper straws in here and straight to the mulch bucket. I hate watching waste file up when it is not necessary. Supporting a company like this… and gentle criticism, will help them and others compete in renewables.

I actually like these cups, and my wife loves them! If they’re true to what the company suggests, that these are really plant based then I feel better buying a more eco friendly product! We purchased these for a small get-together and they worked out fine! The event was mainly evening, so we didn’t expose them to any exterior heat or sunlight, so I didn’t experience the warping or melting other reviewers did. These were used to hold water or other cool liquids and they worked perfectly! They feel much thinner than typical red cups, but I see that as a good thing – seeing how I don’t forsee these being tossed into our oceans if they’re going to be used as compost.I am planning on trying to reuse these as planters later after we’re done with them, rather than throwing them away. I’ll do a test on how well they actually degrade, and see if they are viable in the garden.

Biodegradable for real dissolves within a few days try it in your yard. No kidding no liars.
Works great for me have ice cold glass of water, mixed protein drinks many different things of different temperatures the instructions say not to use high or low temperature has worked fine for me for many different beverages out of the fridge. I don’t use it for coffee but I love it it’s the only plastic I know of that you can test it and in the soil it will dissolve it will not kill mother Earth, by filling the ocean with plastic particles that are killing every thing in the ocean without the ocean the planet will be dead quickly as research shows for thousands of years please it saved millions of taxpayer dollars to keep the ocean clean right now. The plastic level is so high I’m not sure there’s any hope of return , without all countries working together I am not a tree hugger I want my family to be healthy and alive with the ocean to cool the earth. God bless stay healthy.

    Direct Sun and Heat Tested
I was very hesitant to buy these cups after seeing the pictures of them melting, but then other people reviewed them as doing okay outdoors. I decided to give them a test run since I was having a 100% tableware/food compostable graduation party. I filled a cup with ice water and set it out in direct sunlight from 10 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The high temperature was about 87 degrees and humidity topped out at about 68%. There were no signs of melting so it was a go for the party! They were as sturdy and reliable as a solo cup. I’m sure there is a point where they aren’t going to hold up, but hopefully this will help people better determine what these cups can tolerate. Yes, they are more money, but I am going to try and do my part until THIS is a choice on every shelf in the stores instead of buying them online! I won’t buy another solo cup again! ♻️🌎🌍🌏💙

    Please buy
I throw several parties and was tired the the non disposable plastic cups, I stared looking for a product that I could use and be 100% compostable. These are great I explained to all of my guest what this product was a plant based compostable cup that can be put in green waste and recycled back into the earth. All of my guest love this product and idea, I think they will purchase and one step at a time get people thinking to purchase products that con be compostable, the only down side of this product is the heat from people lips formed a mild dip, which formed a perfect drinkingfunnel a small price to pay, I will also purchase this product for now on!

I didn’t leave them empty in the direct sun, so had no issues melting. Served it’s purpose well.

We needed cups for an event and since we can compost plastic at our office we wanted to have more eco-friendly cup options. These were exactly as described. Delivered very quickly and guests even commented on how great it was that we had plant-based cups that were compostable.
