Nice big mug
This mug is excellent! It comes well-packaged in a nice box with form-fitting foam. The shiny silver spoon is the first thing you see upon opening. Not sure if we will be using the spoon, but it sure is cute. The mug itself is a pleasing shape. The handle is comfortable to hold. The colors are just as shown in the listing. The glaze inside the mug is the smooth dark brown. The lighter glaze on the lower part of the outside of the mug is very pretty. You need to look closely to appreciate the crackle pattern. The mug is oversized, with enough room for a generous serving of coffee or tea, or you can use the extra room to put lots of marshmallows on top of your hot chocolate.Overall, I am very happy with this mug. It would make a great gift for anyone, or to keep for yourself.

Absolutely Stunning Mug; Has a cozy rustic look
Right away I was able to tell the mug was made out of high-quality material and thoughtfully designed. The packaging was secure, it was held between two pieces of thick foam, with the spoon on top and mug underneath.First off, the design is absolutely gorgeous. The cracked ice pattern the mug a unique, rustic charm. The ombrÃ© color patten of colors going from going from a dark chocolate brown to an ash beige are rich, and the glaze has a beautiful glossy finish. With the unique shape, itâs hard to tell that the mug is even 16 oz. Thatâs one thing I love about this mug, is that it doesnât take up too much space.Beyond aesthetics, the mug is incredibly well-made. It feels sturdy yet not too heavy. The mug itself and the handle has a nice thickness. My mug was perfect condition, there were no chips or cracks.The included spoon is such a cute little bonus. Itâs a metal spoon, great for stirring your drink. I do like that you can use the spoon with any other cups you already have at home.One thing I do want to point out is how well the mug retains heat and that is due to the thickness. I noticed that this cup did keep my drink warm for a much longer period of time. Which is perfect, especially during the fall/winter seasons!Overall, this is such a nice mug and a really great addition to the rest of my collection of drink ware. I highly recommend this mug!

Good quality cup, comfortable handle for larger hands. Bottom has a rim, not flat.
This is a nicely made cup, and has a handle generous enough for larger hands.I have noticed, however, that because it has a bottom rim that stands about 1/8″ above (below) the bottom, rather than flat, it doesn’t heat up or retain heat as well on my coffee cup warmer.The spoon is a nice, and handy, accessory…I like that it’s ‘extra’ long, for those taller drinks, and the thin handle makes for less splashy stirring.But next time I need a coffee cup, I’ll look at local pottery stores first I think.

Don’t buy
Poor quality. Cracked with first attempted use when hot water poured into cup. Spoon was good.

Cracked on the second use-DON’T BUY!!
I only used this mug twice for my evening tea, and on the second time, it completely cracked after pouring in the boiling water. This was very surprising and disappointing-never had this experience with a mug before-but wanted to caution others. I loved the design and the feel, but absolutely DO NOT recommend purchasing it!!

It’s Large and Works Great
It’s a nice coffee cup for ten bucks. It comes wrapped really good; I don’t see how it could break even if the delivery team was rough with it. The spoon is nice, too. It worked fine sitting on my coffee heater several different times for a few hours each time. I have had no problems with it.On a side note, I wash dishes by hand, so I cannot say if it works fine in a dishwasher or not.

Great quality and conducts heat really well.
This is a really fantastic mug. It’s not only beautifully crafted but holds a lot of tea/coffee and surprisingly keeps my tea really hot when using my electric mug warmer. I don’t know why my tea gets considerably hotter than other mugs, but I appreciate that it does. It’s so nice to be able to keep the whole cup hot from start to finish (on lower temperate settings of my warmer) than my other mugs, which really only get and keep my tea hot for the 2nd half of it. I couldn’t be happier with the quality and style and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend picking one of these up!
