True to its description, low acid and doesnât bother me
I tried different flavors and caf vs decaf of this brand and would continue buying due to its low acid nature.

A Bangs for Bucks Coffee? Perhpas not.
I was quite excited to receive my back of Puroast, recent forced avoidance of my favorite morning hot beverage, due to acid reflux. I opened the bag and was overwhelmed by the rich aroma of – well nothing much really, perhaps something that could be described as “coffeeish”. Not to be discourage, I popped the disappointingly dry looking bean shaped thingys into the grinder and let it get to work. Once ground I deeply inhaled the smell of what at can most accurately be described as a ground up cardboard box that at best once contained coffee and at worst had sat next to a container of coffee. I persisted. I made what would normally have been generously strong pot of drip coffee. Again, very little to stimulate the olfactory receptors. It reminded me of the childhood smell of the wan brown liquid that was dispensed from the instant coffee vending machine at the local hospital in the 1970’s. Something almost, but not entirely unlike coffee. I’ve tried a few of the other low acid coffees on sale on Amazon – they are OK to decent, but a bit pricey and I was seeking something more bangs for bucks in Puroast. I recommend that no-one else tries my little experiment in economy. The other brands are defiantly worth the extra $. I wouldn’t buy this stuff again, if it were half the price it is now. My other recommendation is that the company change the brand name to Pureass. I wouldn’t go as far as to described this “coffee” as “nasty,” because it is really not that impressive.

Not bad for acid free
Puroast Low Acid Whole Bean Coffee, Premium Decaf French Roast, is a great option if you’re looking for a smooth decaf with good flavor. I have a sensitive stomach, and the low acid really makes a differenceâno more heartburn or discomfort after a cup. The French roast has a nice bold taste, but it’s not too strong or bitter. For decaf, it holds up well, though it’s not quite as rich as some regular coffee. Still, it’s my go-to when I want a late cup without the caffeine or acidity issues.

Low acid and delicious
This is a great option for anyone needing a low acid, decaf coffee. This makes a great cup of delicious, full bodied coffee. It would be great if it was organic as well..
