Grinds as fast as you can fill it.
I have been through several small grinders from 3/4 hp Cabelas to the 2 hp and when doing more than 20lbs at a time the meat always ends up just tossing around in the head of the grinder. Then I would have to take them apart to clean the fat out of the rifled head and out of the grooves of the worm let them cool back down, and slowly spoon feed the meat back in. This ProCut grinder takes whatever you can throw at it as fast as you can put it in without clogging or tossing the meat around. It is a little pricey but if you’re doing any quantity it’s worth it to avoid the headache. In total I did about 35lbs through the 3/4″ plate first and then through the hamburger plate and the whole process took about 4 minutes!
