I really had to give this some serious thought before rating and reviewing. This definitely isn’t a bad grinder at all and proves every reason true why burr grinders are superior to blade grinders. It has some fantastic features as well, but overall I felt that this was just shy of a 5 star rating. This unit arrived quick, neatly packaged/protected inside of a branded box (which was sealed in plastic.) The directions were easy to follow and while the unboxing was clean, I was left wanting a little more excitement and exclusivity. Now, one of the massive pros to this grinder is how easy it is to clean. We wash (and sterilize if possible) everything in this house before use. From the very first wash/rinse and every one there after I found that this is super simple to disassemble and clean-thoroughly. It is equally as easy to assemble and operate the unit too. Seeing how technology and I aren’t friends and how I prefer operation to be simple and straightforward, this makes grinding coffee clean, simple and uncomplicated.Burr grinders like this one definitely have some mega advantages to blade grinders and this unit proves them all to be true. I can (very) easily adjust the size of my grind and this does produce some of the most even, uniform pieces I’ve ever noticed. It makes it super simple to grind up beans for a cup of espresso and easily switch it up to a different brew type for the next cup (an impressive range of versatility). But probably the biggest advantages is the fact that this grinder has a nice, cool grind. The coffee is as pure and tasty as it is intended to be.The battery seems to charge up relatively quick (in under 2.5 hours usually) and stays charged for an impressive number of grinds. After the initial charge, we used this for a good two weeks (almost daily) before needing to plug it in again. No battery? No problem! As this also doubles as a manual grinder as well. Seeing I have been having issues with my hands lately, I wasn’t too excited to see how well the old school crank grind worked. To my surprise, it was simple, went quick and didn’t over stress or tire out my already weak hands. To finish out the impressive list of PROS, this is a very aesthetic unit. While it is on the smaller side, it is clean and modern looking. It looks great as a fixture on the counter top and is small enough to take on the go (without people calling you ‘extra’.So with all of those great things, this still falls just short of perfect (in my opinion anyways). Going back to the size…this is rather small. Each grind will produce one, maybe 2, cups of coffee. Now I like my beans fresh ground, don’t get me wrong, but I’m really not all about grinding the beans for every other cup of coffee. I did try it though for a week to see if there was a noticeable difference (from grinding a few days worth of beans at a time), and there really wasn’t. And while burr grinders are typically more expensive than blade grinders, I do find this one to be a bit more pricey than I would have expected.

This is a really nice coffee grinder and comes with everything you need (mine even arrived fully charged). I have a fully automatic espresso machine at home so I finally got a chance to use this one the go (I take a smaller, manually espresso machine with me when my wife and I road trip). The grinder comes with 5 adjustment levels and the finest setting seemed a bit too fine for making espresso. The 2nd finest worked pretty well, but I may try the middle setting and see how that is.This grinder will be my new travel grinder since it’s cordless. It comes with a manual hand-crank if you are out of battery and can’t wait to recharge. Compared to my old blade grinder, this grinder is MUCH slower. I’m guessing you just can’t get that much power in a portable unit like you can with one that plugs into the wall. It also has a pretty small container for holding the ground coffee. This isn’t a huge deal-breaker because it’s better to grind coffee fresh, just before you brew it anyway. To start the grinding, simply press and hold the power button for a few seconds until it starts grinding. Pressing the button without holding just lights up LED’s to give you an indication of battery life. The best part is that it has an auto-shutoff, so once you start the grinding, you can set the grinder down and do other things while it grinds, and it will detect when it’s empty and shut off. I’ve made about 4 espressos so far and the battery is still showing full, so it seems like it should last a good while before having to recharge. Overall, this is a very nice burr coffee grinder.

It’s a perfect blend of convenience and quality, with both electric and manual modes that suit whatever mood I’m in. Whether I’m in a hurry or looking for a more hands-on experience, this little grinder delivers.Performance & VersatilityWhat I love most is how consistent the grinds are. The burr grinder ensures even results, so I get a better cup of coffee every time. With 5 grind settings, I can easily switch between different brewing methods, whether I’m making a quick pour-over or a rich espresso. The electric mode is super efficient and quiet, while the manual option lets me grind slowly, enjoying the process on those relaxed mornings.Battery Life & ConvenienceThe USB rechargeability is a game-changer. I never have to worry about running out of batteries, and a full charge lasts me through 15-20 grinds, which is perfect for my daily use. It charges quickly too—about two hours—and the cleaning is so easy. All the parts come apart for a simple rinse or wipe-down, keeping maintenance hassle-free.Pros:2-in-1 design: The ability to switch between electric and manual is so handy.5 grind settings: I can adjust the grind for whatever I’m brewing that day.Portable & compact: Perfect for travel or if you’re short on space.USB rechargeable: No need for disposable batteries, which is a huge plus.Cons:Small capacity: If you need to grind a lot of beans at once, you might need to do it in batches.Manual grinding: While fun for control, it’s a bit of a workout if you’re grinding large amounts.Overall, I’m really happy with this grinder. It’s compact, reliable, and versatile—perfect for anyone who values fresh, ground-to-order coffee. If you’re looking for something portable and easy to use for personal brewing, this is definitely worth checking out.
