Coffee Anyone?
I’m finally using this which I bought for travel as I like to make my own coffee whenever possible. I had another grinder but was always concerned it was going to awaken everyone, sometimes even the neighbor, when using it. This one is very quiet. While slow, it is nice because you can fill up the “whole bean” receptacle, start the grinding process and walk away while it does it’s job. It shuts off when the beans are ground. Plenty of selections on how you like your grind, too. I can get 2-3 cups of coffee with one load done like this, and so it’s always ready I just start another load when I know that what is left won’t make one more cup. It’s surprising sturdy and easy to use. Even tells you how much of a charge you have left. Oh!! Of course I love that it’s wireless, too – rechargeable battery is what drives it. For me, this is ideal and just what I wanted.

However… The plastic collection jar is a very tight fit, and sealed with an o-ring. Which would be good, except for the force necessary to get the collection cup off so that you can actually USE the coffee that you just ground with the grinder. Thought about trying to lube the o-ring with a dab of cooking oil, but then I wondered about the possible mess of mixing a dab of sunflower oil, an o-ring, and ground coffee.

Now ME, I would have been happier with a twist-lock design, one with a o-ring at the TOP of the collection cup instead of on the sides of it. Insert cup, push up with a little pressure, twist and lock, done. Reverse to unlock.

I keep thinking that I’m going to break the specially-designed plastic cup with goes with this grinder with the force it requires to insert/remove it, and I DO NOT want to have to ever go to remedial measures.

Quality construction overall, not flimsy at all, and easy to operate (other than getting the collection cup on/off), does the job required. As others have mentioned, plan on getting maybe a dozen single-cup grinds out of before having to recharge it, which takes an hour or two via USB. If you see a red blinking light, that means you’ve got 2-3 more grinds before it goes toes-up.

Decent Grinder
This grinder is good for what it is, I get about 12-3tblsp grinds for espresso before it needs a recharge. It would probably go further it you are doing a coarser grind. It’s very slow, so I grind a day ahead, it is battery run so can’t expect to much. So far the quality is good, how many charges the battery will take remains a question, I don’t see a provision to replace the battery, so i’m guessing once the charges start to fade, you toss it. It will not run by the charger, and will not charge and run at the same time.

Works amazingly
I love this! I’ve been grinding my own beans for a couple years now and have used similar grinders. What I like about this one is that it has more adjustability, the battery last longer and it’s much quieter. The auto shutoff works every time and I love the idea of the silicon coaster to sit it on when it’s running to absorb the vibrations, making it quieter and smoother. Extra vibrations wear parts out, so that’s a nice addition! I have a feeling this one will work for a long time!

Nice looking and that’s what the star is for. Clumsy to operate. The grinding mechanism is slow and it turns on after it is shut off- not exactly a safety feature. Go manual or electric. This is the 2nd cordless model I have returned.

Great for power outage
I grind my own beans daily so when a power outage hit I knew I needed this. Would also be great for RV/camping. I did a dozen grinds (23g – dial at 25) on the initial charge and I’m sure there was more to go. The grind was consistent as expected with a conical burr grinder. Slow but quiet. It’s a keeper.

Die Mühle funktioniert super. So kann man den Kaffee (oder anderes Mahlgut) sehr einfach und genau dosieren (ca. 30 g Kaffee pro Maschine). Leider läuft der Motor nicht mehr, sobald ein Ladegerät angeschlossen wird, denn der Akku ist relativ schnell entladen. Bei 2 maligem Einsatz am Tag hält der Akku maximal eine Woche durch, also die Ladeanzeige immer gut im Auge behalten, um böse Ãberraschungen zu vermeiden.
