⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I ordered a 2 picture customized blk/wht mug. It was shipped ground the next morning & arrived 10x faster than I could’ve imagined. The custom protective insulated packaging was superior to the standards of normal shipping. The color quality was amazing.(What stood out the most is that the full pictures I had were transferred onto the mug.) When customizing the presentation of the pictures, it cut off a little bit of each of the pictures so I just accepted it. I was surprised that it came super fast, with quality material & such care in delivery of the product. WELL DONE!

When I added the photo, then added the text in the top corner of the photo, everything looked great. Right before adding it to my cart, the preview on the listing screen (after the customization screen had been completed) showed the text as a sample across the middle of the image. I even backed out and redid it, but there was no way around it showing that way. I never thought it would actually show up exactly like that, especially since I didn’t design it that way, and it didn’t look like that during the customization.I really like the mug itself, I just wish the photo hadn’t been ruined… it was supposed to be a gift 🙁
