I really wanted to like this
If you are like me search the plethora of super automatic espresso makers, this one certainly will make the list. At least it made mine (sort of). I mean what is not to like? It is feature packed, small compared to other super automatics and it does make a pretty good cup.However, out of the box and brewing your first up, itâs certainly not going to be what you hoped for. For example as stated in the instructions you need to run a large number of brews through it before everything breaks in. And so I did. In fact, you can see the progress of how well itâs brewing due to the packedness and look of the brewed coffee pucks.Brewing a cup is easy, itâs pretty fast compared to others and itâs quiet too. I guess the previous model made. It more noise grinding. Here, itâs very quiet yet you still have the robotic whirring of the mechanics switching and preparing each puck.Although the love affair was short lived. This was not due to the quality of the beverage made but the result of the mess the machine made. As others reported for the 3200 model, it leaks. In fact water pours out the bottom onto the counter top and if you are not wise to this, the water lands on the floor.Now the leaking is not because the water tray is full, clogged or what have you. Rather it is from the inside of the unit during the brew cycle. And the funny thing is, the water never goes in the tray. In other words itâs coming from something further back in the unit (not the water tank either as the leaked water feels âvery warmâ). Lastly, the unit was not more than three weeks old, I have now returned it for a refund.I really wanted to like this, I really did. For the price point, size and beverage quality it was spot in. But to have a failure this new in its life cycle, I was not looking to risk further failures later down the road. Itâs sad and hopefully this design flaw is addressed as I believe it will be a great productâ¦.. someday.If you are thinking like I did and see this as a great beverage maker, just beware of the leak because over time it seems to get worse. Yet, maybe yours will run flawlessly; who knows.

Versatile Cafe Machine
This machine is able to help us make so many great drinks. It can even do hot water for tea which is awesome. Makes a great cup of coffee. We are having trouble getting it to make larger portions, and the adjustment settings are a little tricky/we havenât nailed it yet but I think we will. Honestly though itâs good, Iâm familiar with the level up machine too, the 3400 (where this is the 3300) which has an added digital screen that guides you through all the things. If you can swing it, Iâd recommend going with that one over this one as I feel itâs a bit more user friendly. But this is a good machine. Factory settings create small portions.

Wow, just WOW!
This thing. We use whole beans so the minuscule step of this machine freshly and perfectly grinding it for us right before it brew is amazing. The options are wonderful, we love the milk frother. Iâve never had a better cup of coffee and dress them up with our own syrups. If youâre on the fence, just do it, itâs worth it. We have hard water, the cool little hard water test and it the setup steps to program the machine for hard water was another âthis is so coolâ moment. Itâs easy to clean, easy to troubleshoot, and best of all, so easy to make the best latte or espresso, or a good ole fashioned cup of coffee.

Es un excelente producto, en lo que debe trabajar la marca es en mejorar el ruido y el desgaste de agua, en realidad es una cafetera muy ruidosa, y desperdicia mucha agua cada vez que se enciende y se apaga.Pero le doy 5 estrellas por que hace un cafÃ© excelente y es muy fÃ¡cil hacerlo una vez que entiendes como funcionan sus botones. Aun que si tuve que hacer muchos cafÃ©s antes de dar con el punto exacto como me gusta (no hay que desesperarse, por que no es nada sencillo dar con el cafÃ© al gusto). Un gran punto a su favor es lo fÃ¡cil que es limpiar las partes de la cafetera.El cafÃ© en grano molido en el momento es una delicia, me quedo muy claro que hace mucho debÃ haber comprado esta cafetera. La recomiendo ampliamente.

So far I’m digging the coffee and overall the machine itself. Gotta be a 4 though. I was beyond excited, especially after spending 790 after tax for this unit. The excitement install turned into frustration as two of the giant stickers left a plasticay adhesive on the unit. I had to soak them in water and scrap it off with my thumb nail… had me cussing to say the least. Great coffee, not quiet what so ever but I already knew that from watching reviews. Super easy picture buttons which means user friendly. I heard bad things about the water temperature, however I am happy with the temp. Checking camelcamelcamel this unit has never been below the price tag of 699 list price. I believe it is worth it at 699, however would not purchase for it’s original price of 999.

My machine arrived fresh out of the box and after the set up process the grinding seemed not right, it did not make coffee. I called tech support and we went through all the trouble shooting, he was good. Once it was not fixable he said he would escalate and call me back in one hour. Two and a half hours later not call. I called back and they said wait 3-5 business days. A very expensive machine and the company will make you wait a week to see if they are going to do more. So I wait and they have my money. Not at all impressed that I have a defected machine and there is no effort to replace but rather wait and then send for repair!! not impressed!
