Broken
Came with no brew unit. The seller sent a brew unit a week later. But it does not work. Also spills milk everywhere. Do not buy this machine.

High quality, reliable
I bought one for the office around a year ago and itâs been bullet proof, just got one for the house. Very pleased with a simplicity and the quality. Great value.

Easy to use
Fully automated machine produces 5 coffee drinks. It has a straightforward interface with options to adjust the coffee strength and volume, and is easy to clean.

Make sure to clean and maintainyour machine.
I have had this machine for over 2 years and it is by far the best machine for the money. 100% would recommend. Just make sure that you maintain the machine properly.

WORKS AS INTENDED
This is our second one. After a year, the steamer quit working. I ordered this refurbished one so my wife wouldn’t have to wait for parts on our other one. Now I have time to fix the first one and if this refurbished one has issues, I hope to have the other one ready to replace it while we fix it. I was hoping to go longer than a year before having issues, but we like the ease of cleaning it, the different options for drinks and the taste.

Refurbished didn’t work
It was refurbished, but it leaked water and wouldn’t make coffee. I watched videos and troubleshooted. Also there was no one to easily contact for support, so I returned it. Very disappointed.

Machine was used and had coffee still inside of it.
There was coffee grinds and particles in all of the corners of the machine. It was purchased as open box not used and barely cleaned. I would not trust this again.
