Great Quality
This mug turned out perfect! The quality of the picture and the mug is great!We were really impressed! And to get something personalized and have it be prime is amazing! The turnaround time was great!Unfortunately our mug arrived broken. I emailed the company and they sent out a replacement immediately! They were incredible to work with and I would definitely order from them again and will recommend them to all my friends!!!!Amazing company!!! :). Thanks!

Nice Product – Beware of Details on Order Screen
Overall, I am very pleased with this product. Good print quality and a good quality mug. My review is more feedback for Amazon’s order features for customized products. Once you have moved on from the customization screen, there is no way to double check your order. I had a typo and had to re-order. I wish the site gave a large photo of the custom request in the order details, so you can verify before you click “purchase”, or have a chance to cancel before it ships out.

Very good.
Honestly itâs perfect. You canât put characters like an apostrophe. For example âWorldâs Best Bossâ would have to be âWorlds Best Bossâ instead. I just switched the phrase to âBest Boss Everâ instead. Overall it made a very good gift.

Only one picture
My mother loved her birthday surprise coffee cup it only had one picture on it when I processed the order it supposed to had a picture on each side of the cup. The picture of my mother grand children was left off the cup and I donât recall getting notified about any changes.
