Better than expected
This product was a lot better than I expected. It came almost 2 weeks faster than it estimated it would, had great packaging, and good product quality. The only thing that I wasn’t happy with was the picture quality.

Sent wrong color of cup
I bought this cup as a gift. While the picture on the cup is good, it is the wrong color. It is not returnable as it is personalized. Iâm very disappointed.Updated review: contacted the company & they are sending a new cup in the correct color. Ever so cordial & accommodating in replacing the cup.Will definitely recommend this company & use it again if I should need to. Have to say the photo on the cup is clear and looks great! Thank you!Update to Update:Received the corrected photo tumbler. My friend loves her gift!! Thanks once again. Smiles all over!

I love my cup, i use it for cold drinks, it really keeps cold for 24 hours, and my pictures are wonderful, my favorite cup, i don’t take it anywhere that i might forget it, i never want to lose it, my furbabies, i loved so much.
