Looks good and washing it by hand was fine
I had this made for my father in law. The picture wasnât cut off at all. Was centered nicely. Colors are a little darker but not too bad. I washed it with dish soap and hot water by hand and it did fine. I donât think I would use anything like a scrub brush on it however. I thought it turned out great.

Arrived fast, very good quality on the printed image
Ordered this for my wife for Christmas; arrived in 11 days, way faster than expected. Seems to be good quality and the image reproduced very well even from a cell phone pic. She’s going to love this!

Perfect gift!
It was a little tricky design designing, but once I learned how to do it and resize the picture it was pretty simple. The product itself looks great and I bought it as a gift and the person loves it very very much! Thoughtful, personalized and one-of-a-kind

Travel mug not good
Both pictures were messed up . 1 Picture has to people missing one on each end . This was a family pic . 2 nf picture cut off part of one child. Ordered 2 travel cups from this company one was awesome . second one very bad it was a Christmas ð . Missing 2 children not Good
