The design is exactly what I wanted.The mug itself is great, after sitting in the sun the mug still had ice in it.However, the cover is hard to clean, with staining and residue after drinking coffee.

Great communication and very nice quality tumbler
The seller messaged me on Amazon the very next day I placed the order showing how they arranged the graphics and text on the cup. Great communication! This did ship from China and took about a week or so to arrive but I was well aware of this before ordering. The straw is a bit flimsy and clear plastic but the actual work on the tumbler is amazing. It looks just like the images I uploaded to them. I would buy from them again in the future. Just keep in mind that it takes a while to ship!

Outstanding Graphics, Solid Tumbler
Far exceeded my expectations for quality, they did a fantastic job! Shipping was a lot slower than expected, it is coming from China and got stuck in customs for a couple of days. Overall twice the expected delivery speed but I am not faulting the seller for this, these things happen, just mentioning it for anyone on a time crunch.

Item turned out awesome!! The picture was perfect on the tumbler. The quality of the tumber was great! The package was delivered ahead of time. I am extremely satisfied!! Super happy with the quality of this tumbler
I sent in a very high-quality, boldly colored design and was happily surprised by the quality of the tumbler that I received. It’s not a Yeti – but it’s suprisingly higher quality than I expected. It stays cold for hours and the lid fits firmly.Best of all: the design that I sent was reproduced beautifully and has held up through perhaps 30 (hand) washes. We accidentally sent it through the dishwasher a couple of times with no apparent ill effects to the design.I will be back. These will make terrific gifts.

Great quality & fast service!
This tumbler is exactly what I wanted. In the customization you can only pick one color, but I left a note asking for a different one on a singular word. They delivered perfectly. The engraving is much better quality than I was expecting! I donât know if itâs dishwasher safe, but itâs easy to hand wash. Very sturdy and lid seals tight. Size is good.
