Good cup but kept getting wrong color
I gave 3 stars because the cup itself is good quality, however, I placed an order for a black cup with the letter D, and got a white cup. I set up a replacement in order fornit to be corrected but got yet another white cup the second time around. This was supposed to match the other cups I also bought from them.

Good quality
Got this for my daughter for christmas a while back and the lettering is still in good condition and not wore out. Not the best cup cuz it’s not spill proof or fancy but it’s cute, durable & is worth the purchase.

Straw was not included with my tumbler
The tumbler looks nice; however, there werenât any straws included with my tumbler. The description stated, straws were included.

Birthday Gift
