Prompt delivery
I have nothing but praise for this small business and their product (mug). I ordered it for a grandson’s 21st BD and hoped I’d have it in time. Not at all what I ordered. Incorrect font, wording, font size, incorrect spelling, added words. What a joke. The size of the mug is 16oz but right to the lip, you cannot put a 16oz beer in it. The wording is so small and almost unseen with a drink in the mug. Lol I asked for the font to be ‘Big Noodle’ on one mug and ‘Sanchez’ on the other….they etched the font names on the glass. FAIL!
