Tumbler is well built, stainless steel. Top fit on nice and snug. Picture color is vibrant and clear. Very happy with the product. Ordered the straws also. Came with 2 stainless steel straws, 1 straight and 1 curved along with a brush to clean the straw.

Love the cup but the top of the lid broke off
I gave this to my son for CHristmas. He loves it, but the top piece of the lid fell off (and is missing and we can’t find it).Can anyone tell me how to get a new lid? I can’t find who to contact!

I just wanted to know that someone would talk to me before they printed these, I needed to invert the colors on the company logo, and they did, I talked with them multiple times and they sent me a proof before they printed. IDK if they would reach out to you first, I just want to warn you, I contacted them first, so just make sure you contact them as soon as you put in your order if you want that communication.The cup turned out GREAT, I was so tickled to have these cups made!
