Great Quality
Oh man for the amount of happiness that this came in at a fast timing and it’s just really good product. The appearance of it was perfect for what I got!!! At first I was scared of doing this because I’ve never done a customize item on amazon.. I did my review check and put my faith that it would be good. I’m honestly super happen for how it came out and it was the perfect gift to give to announce a pregnancy!!! Price wise wasn’t too bad considering the color is what it showed online.

The cup had a very nice picture that I imported. It can be cleaned easily. The colours are very nice. And the quality of it was great. The price was a bit much but good for everything that was on it. It is very easy to use. I recommend getting a straw if you donât have one already.

Really nice gift!
I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend, I wasn’t sure how it would turn out so I actually ordered other gifts incase this wasn’t “good enough”. Honestly, I can’t believe how nice it turned out, she loves it!The price can’t be beat and I have no idea how they customized, shipped and delivered this so quickly.It was definitely worth purchasing, I may order a couple more!

Nice Cups. Timely Delivery
Bought 5 cups for family with a family photo and business name for the dad on the cups. Looks great! Probably should have ordered the next size up. I think these were 12 oz, and for travel use, the next size up might have been better.

Poor Quality
FYI: this tumbler was custom made in China and shipped directly from China. Thatâs why the quality is horrible.I ordered this for my mom for Motherâs Day, but it arrived several days late, however, itâs not a big deal for me. What frustrated me the most is the quality. The tumbler is terrible. It has a very weird smell. I have used a lot of other brand tumblers so far, none of them have any weird smell like this one. I told my mom not to use it because I donât want her to risk having any health problems.
