The cup is of very high quality, it keeps hot drinks hot for, what Iâve noticed, 2-3 hours before it begins cooling down and keeps cold drinks cold for about an hour or two. And the custom designs are very well placed, centred, and high quality.

I ordered this cup and it took 20 days to reach me (and 3 days for me to figure out it was in my mailroom after it said delivered), But when I opened it itâs absolutely beautiful! The cup seems meh quality (sorta cheaper but great for the price!) but the picture came out great and has no distortion. The writing on the back also turned out great and both seem like they will stay on the cup. I got this as a Christmas gift for a family member and Iâm sure she will love it!

Exactly what I wanted
I was happily surprised at this product and how well it looks. The colors and the picture on both sides came out perfect. It’s great that a drink tumbler can be so good to look at.

Good quality.
Printing looks really nice. The gray color has a violet hue to it and would have rather had a true gray. Make sure the air hole is open on the lid when you have something hot in it so it seals tight.
