There is some minor defects in the paint on the cup, bubbling and nicks. But my main complaint is the custom picture. I ordered a white thermos, so that I could color match the white background of my logo and have it blend into the cup. I spent 20 minutes adjusting the color of the uploaded logo until it was almost inperceptibly different than the picture of the thermos. When I got the thermos, the logo was considerably darker than the thermos and looks tacky.
