The cup printing quality was done very well. The vendor made two custom 30 oz hot/cold tumblers and shipped them to arrive to me in 8 days – two weeks earlier than promised. These are made in China and are HAND WASH ONLY.

If I could give less than I star I would. THE WORST QUALITY customized item I have EVER purchased! The quality of the photo and text reproduction is HORRIBLE- strange color bleeding through. And the caliber if the tumbler is cheap. I buy TONS of merch online and these are simply horrible!

It has scratches on the side of the cup and the writing is not very visible. Maybe need to select a bold font or something, but you can barely read it or see the pictures.
