I had ordered two mugs: one with husband’s name as #1 and mine #2, the other with my name #1 and his #2. I also used a different color scheme and font between the two. Both came with his name as the primary and same font so it took away from the “his” and “hers” effect I was going for. One mug also had the smeared names at the top rim other customers have mentioned. They replaced immediately at no additional charge and while the font was still the same, the names and colors were corrected. I give the product itself and customer service 5 stars and the hassle and wrong font 2 stars, averaging to a 3.5-4 star overall experience. Fun gift for couples!
