The print was warped and they basically said we can’t help you
I ordered two mugs with my logo printed on them. It’s a pretty straight forward logo consisting of a graphic inside a circle. I sized the logo as directed when placing my order and everything seemed simple enough. However, when i received the mugs a week later, the circle printed as oval – so the whole logo was off. I wrote them and sent a picture of the mug to show the problem and see if they could reprint or refund and they claim there is nothing they can do because its amazon’s interface that messed it up not them. Not sure how that works exactly but that was all for the discussion. Disappointed. Will not be ordering from them again if they can’t even print a simple circle correctly.
