Great little coffee filter
So glad I stumbled on this permanent coffee filter, it beats the disposable paper filters that used to just fold on itself and creating problems for the coffee grounds to seep in well into the pot. This works a treat and easy to wash and clean up

Good quality and size coffee filter. Very easy to use you just pop it in. Doesnât leak. Got this to be environmentally friendly, but Iâm still in the hunt for something that doesnât have plastic and isnât single use.

Good for a back up to paper filters but
We bought one of these and another stainless steel version to keep in the kitchen as a back up to paper filters for our Mr Coffee 12 cup machine. We also brew teas with the machine and the paper filters tend to clog when using certain teas. This particular filter screen design worked well but we did notice that only the sides of the filter have the micro screen material and the bottom of the unit is solid plastic. So itâs not quite what we were looking for. Thereâs a stainless steel filter that works better and costs about $2 more that has the micro screen material on the sides and the bottom and acts more like a true paper filter. But this plastic unit didnât leak and brewed jasmine tea like a champ!

Ok. Solid bottom, not great drainage
The coffee filter does accomplish the task of filtering coffee. It does quite slowly because it is a solid bottom, not a mesh bottom like others. It’s takes longer to filter and clogs more easily.
