So many positives about this cup/company! So initially my lids didn’t fit (seems common) but I reached out to Pandaloo and they made it right, right away! I’m very impressed with their customer service! I got the creamy mushroom color because it is sooo pretty, and I love the versatility of this cup. It comes with a regular straw and a fat straw for things like smoothies, etc. 2 lids! 1 bamboo with silicone and a second leak-proof plastic lid. I’ve only really used mine at home, so my favorite is the bamboo lid. I did move the silicone sleeve up a little bit so I wasn’t feeling like I was about to drop the cup. I love this cup for matcha lattes and iced coffee/cold brew. If you brew coffee into it for iced, make sure you have a LOT of ice. It does sweat a lot, but it seems to overall be of great quality! It’s very functional and the leak-proof lid will be great for on the go. I love that you have some options with this cup, yet it’s pretty easy. It’s probably the best looking glass cup I’ve seen on amazon! I hope it lasts, because I seriously LOVE this cup! I would definitely buy from this company again!

Like the design of this and that it is glass and has a sealable lid. Using it for milk for an automatic coffee machine. Milk line conveniently fits right through the straw hole. Close and store milk when finished. Easy peasy!

I like this cup for my morning matcha, coffee or lemon water. I have been looking for a cup that was made out of glass as it doesn’t break down easily or isn’t a concern for my health. As BPA is most commonly found in plastic material (water bottles, food storage containers, lining of canned foods, etc.) and can cause any range of health issues from increased blood pressure and cancer risks to obesity and diabetes, I’ve decided to switch to glass. This cup has a leak proof top or the choice of using a straw. On top of that it comes with two different straw sizes and tools to clean them. I love the size of this cup and how it has just a little bit of silicone to grip onto. It can easily be washed in the dishwasher as well! Worth every penny to me

Beautiful cup supports many drinking scenarios, and it actually doesn’t leak!
The cup comes with two fully metal straws of different sizes, along with two rubber mouthpieces that can be attached to them, and two dedicated cleaning brushes. It even comes with a quality tall drawstring bag for all these parts, which is appreciated. Be sure to wash it effectively & thoroughly, right away after every use. Since I suspect if one doesn’t, the metal will rust quickly and the rubber mouthpiece will develop stubborn mold inside, which often happens to the reusable straws of other products.The larger straw is thick enough to let you drink thick drinks effectively, such as milkshakes or smoothies (even chunky ones). Unfortunately, the straws reach the very bottom of the cup, which means when you go to take a sip and push against the straw with your mouth, it can create a pressure seal on the base that severely limits the amount of liquid that flows through it. To retain full flow, it needs to be lifted very slightly (with your mouth or hand) so it isn’t touching the base, then it works well. Consequently, this straw design could have benefited from including a slight lip or ridge along its stem that would limit how far down into the cup it can go.The cup comes with two lid variations for different use cases. There’s the standard coffee lid which has a flap to cover its hole and a center hole that fits the smaller straw. If you don’t want to use a straw, that hole comes with an attached plug to keep it closed. Alternatively, you can keep it open as a vent for hot drinks. The rubber gasket on this lid is perfectly sized to the circumference of the cup, so it creates a perfect seal that doesn’t leak whatsoever, even when flipped upside down. Since the gasket is so tightly placed, it’s extremely difficult to remove, and thus can be pretty difficult to clean effectively. But one must make sure to clean it well, or else risk the inevitable buildup of mold stains on it, similar to the risk with the straw mouthpiece.The other lid is a bamboo cap with a big hole for the larger straw. The hole has its own self-seal that prevents leaking in general, even if the cup were to fall over (presuming no straw is in it). Yet surprisingly, this thing barely leaked at all even with its straw in place at the time it was knocked over, which happened multiple times. Its giant rubber gasket seal is easier to clean than the other and proves just as effective as the other in keeping a flawless seal in place that prevents any leaking even when upside down or shaking.Yes, the cup can be shaken to mix its contents (such as settled smoothies), which is why I consider this more of a ‘bottle’ than a cup. That’s a big positive of this cup over a bunch of other models out there. If it’s shaken with the bamboo lid, the straw hole should first be covered with your thumb to create a seal to prevent any leaking while shaking. It’s possible the self-seal of the hole might hold back the liquid and not leak, no thumb needed, but I never tried taking that risk haha.The bamboo lid looks nice in its own right and is laminated well to be perfectly smooth and harmless, but it is technically out of place in the overall design of the bottle, considering the rest of it has a glass, plastic, or rubber construction. Still, this is a minor point and a matter of preference. Some may see it as an upscale attribute that makes it appear more modern, eco-friendly, or expensive. Personally, I would rather have had a fully rubber lid instead.The lovely blue (arguably turquoise/green) rubber color accentuates the design perfectly and makes the cup very visually appealing, helps it stand out, and makes it easy to find. The rubber grip and pad on this both look great and stay on flawlessly, not budging at all. With their high-quality rubber material, they do their job exactly right. The rubber pad keeps the cup perfectly in place, adding notable resistance against slipping and being knocked over, although technically not immune to either still. The rubber grip has a pattern of ridges that makes it easy to grip and feel good to hold. I appreciate the fact that the grip can be repositioned higher or lower according to the user’s preference, albeit taking a lot of effort to nudge it in either direction. You can align it directly adjacent to the bottom rubber pad if desired.Because the box is firm, the box has the product clearly pictured & labeled on it, and since the cup comes with a lot of parts, I decided to keep the product box as its storage container, but it’s a very tight fit to get everything inside of the tall cardboard box. It was not designed for reusable storage here, which is unfortunate.This is a very functional and beautiful cup/bottle that serves its purpose really effectively, albeit with a few caveats & inconveniences in its design. Nonetheless, it’s great value at this price, being an affordable yet high-quality smoothie cup that never leaks and feels wonderful in use. With all of its extra parts and features, there isn’t much more that can be asked for in a product of this category.

The glass transfers heat and the silicon ring does little to insulate from skin. Not really good for hot beverages. Thai cup also doesn’t fit in my car cup holder so not practical on the go.It is cute but def not worth the price of a good travelMug.

My wife loves this! Its super cute the gripper works great to stop her hand getting too cold with iced drinks. The big straw works perfect for boba and it seals quite well! Love the multiple straws and brush that it came with as well. Probably going to buy another for myself!
