Bamboo Tray
The tray was securely packaged when it arrived, but there is a starburst shaped crack (or flaw) in the top surface of the wood. It does not affect the functionality of the tray, but I was hoping to gift this tray, and I would not gift it as is. I will keep it for home use though. The tray is very nice looking, but not as solid as I hoped it would be. The handles are study for carrying, with 4 nice sides to prevent anything sliding off when carrying.

lightweight bamboo
This tray is not heavy, its not oak or heavy wood, its bamboo. Light to carry, easy to clean. Functional. I simply wipe it off with a damp towel. Its sturdy, no defects. Great for serving breakfast in bed, or as a serving tray anytime. Very pretty item

More than Decorative
The Palm Naki Bamboo Serving Tray is surprisingly sturdy! I was attracted to this tray because of the warm wood and simple design. I thought this tray was decorative, but its actually functional. As it is bamboo, it’s very lightweight, but it is sturdy enough to transport four tea cups and an electric kettle or four coffee mugs along with sugar and cream. The bottom is level and will remain stable on softer surfaces like a couch or a bed. The finish is smooth with no cracks or splinters. it wipes clean and so far hasn’t stained. I have no complaints about this item and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a display tray that is good looking yet functional.

Beautiful tray!
This is such a nice tray! It’s pretty, sturdy and large! It holds a lot of stuff and the built in handles make it easy to move from the kitchen to the dining room or bedroom or wherever you want to put it. This tray is a great value for the money.

Not 100% Bamboo. Description’s imply otherwise.
False advertising. The bottom of this tray is a plastic-laminated man made material, not bamboo; only the sides are bamboo. The description’s and image’s provided imply the tray is 100% bamboo, going so far as showing an image of water beading on the tray bottom and stating it is ‘waterproof premium bamboo’. This, in my opinion is intentional false advertising, and find this very disingenuous of the manufacturer. I have provided and image that clearly shows the grain of the bamboo ‘side’ reflected in the camera flash, while the tray ‘bottom’ has none because it is smooth plastic film laminated over who knows what. I do not recommend this product based on these observation’s.

Very nice trays
Though a bit heavier than most bamboo trays these are beautiful and functional. A placemat or liner may be required to keep things from sliding around.
