Looks can be reciving..
When it first arrived looks really exspesive and well put together but a lot of plastic made to look like stainless steal , started using it all in all the coffee does come out ok but i do thing for a few more hundred dollars theres much better options out there.

Gemilai Owl Espresso Machine Purchased at a good price. Comes with single and double expresso baskets (58 mm) plus tamper. Can set infusion time, temp (Boiler) and water volume (time) or can use presets. LED Control panel easy to use. Pressure gauge to assess perfusion pressure. Instruction manual and user express sheet excellent. I think my expresso is as good as coffee shops. Steam wand works perfectly. Buttons for single or double shot espresso with manual button if prefer your own water ratio and a steam button. Heat up time is good. Unit with a beautiful metal casing, cup heater, and reasonably sized water reservoir. Low noise level. So far no complaints. Thanks Gemilai.

Mid coffee quality
Espresso quality is why I’d give it two stars. If your taste buds are burnt and you just care that’s it coffee then go for it. But for someone who wants a good shot of espresso with that creme layer then don’t waste your time. In addition, it gets SUPER hot, you can definitely burn yourself! It’s a cool look and the steam wand is amazing.

Best value, by far.
For $350 it is amazing what you get! You can set the temperature and perfusion times. This machine is attractive, fairly sturdy, and most of the elements are strong, well built. I highly recommend a ten minute warm up time so that you can pull a shot to temp. Powerful steamer with a long wand. It’s hard to think of a negative here. My shots are dialed in and my extractions are fairly even. Water is coming out evenly from my group head which was something that really got to me on my old breville machine. I’m SO happy I picked a machine without a built in grinder this time. It has made a huge difference with my espresso.This machine is the best value for anything under $500, period. The espresso tastes great.

You Need a good grinder for this machine
This is an entry level espresso machine with good price, but it doesn’t mean it’s easy for beginners. This machine includes non-presurized baskets which are critical for the fineness of the ground coffee. The pressure will not reach 9 bar unless your ground coffees are fine enough. The ground coffee came from my Krups grinder, fine ground coffees from Starbucks and Trader, all of them failed to get you rich crema and good tastes of espresso. I noticed a lot of reviewers on Youtube using high quality grinder such DF 54 or DF 64. They will cost you $200 or more. My conclusion: Unless you would like to spent additional $200 for the grinder, this machine is not for you.

Very nice espresso machine! Equivalent to a professional machine. We had Lelit Anna previously, and this machine has quieter pump and better brew head temperature control and pressure.

The style, the size, the quality.I was very surprised how well it works. The setup process was pretty simple and easy! I quickly learned how to use and started using it immediately. I have used it almost 2 months, and very happy with every single cup of joy.Its oversized brew head control the temperature excellent during the brewing cycle. It maintains a consistent heat throughout, which is crucial for extracting the best flavors from the coffee grounds. And I just LOVE the look of the side steam handle, is about as fancy as it gets. The most enjoyable part of making coffee is the steaming process! The steam wand is fast and surprisingly powerful for such a tiny machineï¼Upgraded steam wand quickly turns milk into silky smooth microfoam!
