Product is not made to last
It is a shame, but I have had 3 of these units and only one is still going. The frothing containers and wonderful. The problem is the base. It is not made to withstand spills or liquids of any kind. I have learned that different brands and milk fat content produce more or less foam. Sometimes you misjudge and the milk ends up spilling over the top of the frothing container. Even if you wipe it up immediately, these machines cannot handle any liquid on the base. The buttons stop working, the induction spinning stops working. If they redesign the base to be liquid proof, it would work much longer. I guess you do get what you pay for.

Don’t buy this frother!
This frother doesn’t last! It was supposed to froth in both cold and hot mode, but it only froths in hot mode. However, the biggest negative is it only lasted 2 1/2 months and since I bought it on Amazon, I can’t return it for a refund because it’s past one month. Very disappointed!

Great Little Maker – Warmer Rather that Hot
I like to make a cup of chai – but I don’t want to get out a pan and turn on the stove, etc. So, I was looking for something small to make a cup of tea or chai (or hot chocolate). This little thing works really well. In just a couple of minutes, I have my drink. It froths the milk nicely.There is one thing I don’t like – this little gadget isn’t so easy to clean. The milk really sticks to the bottom of the pot. No biggy – I just have to use a bottle brush – but that stuff really sticks to the bottom.I don’t mind this – but if you like you drink REALLY hot – this isn’t for you. The drink is pleasantly warm – and since that’s how I like it, I’m fine. But, I had a friend who actually wanted me to warm her’s up in the microwave because it just wan’t hot enough.

No need to spend a small fortune at coffee houses when you have this! Heats and froths your milk to perfection. If you only want your milk heated, it does that without frothing. Great buy
