Potent, Delicious Tea. EVEN MY CHILDREN LOVE IT!!!
First, note that I am a new customer with absolutely no connections to Teavity other than the fact that my children and I used Teavity’s Immunity Booster for the first time last night and FELL IN LOVE it!! So I quickly went back to Amazon and IT WASN’T AVAILABLE! I scurried to their website and ran into an ordering problem. Anna helped me via chat, offering a discount because of the issues. I spoke to a representative named Eric who informed me they can’t keep the product on Amazon or at Walmart because it sells so quick! I KNOW WHY! IT’S AMAZING!!!Eric mentioned Courtney the owner had just walked in and I could speak with her if I like. She took the time to talk to me and that was an experience I’ve never had. They all made me feel special as their customer letting me know they appreciated me. They explained they were in production, handled my order to be shipped tomorrow. We need to see more of this from companies these days! Authentic quality and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Teavity put a lot of care and consideration into the taste, box/pod packaging (looking rich and royal), and overall quality is far above other brands. Because it’s a k-pod, it is VERY convenient to brew a quick hot cup for the entire family. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Update on Original Review
UPDATE – Due to I didn’t like one of the tea flavors, Teavity worked with me to taste other flavors and I found some that I do like. I had a good experience working with Teavity’s personnel regarding my original issue. I will buy from Teavity again.Original complaint – I did not like the combo of the Lemongrass & Cinnamon. I like both flavors by themselves and hoped they would be good together. They are not.

Overpriced
I thought i was going to get exceptional tea for the price I paid. The tea was fine. Package was nice. It would make a nice gift.

Beautiful color and full of flavor – a little on the tart side
We were excited to try this flavor boosting of tropical fruits (not sure why the peach!) It brewed up very colorful and aromatic; the taste was very tart! It needed at least 2 honey straws to make a difference. Overall, we liked it, and will probably order again.

Box was damaged, I would love another one?
This teabag box was damaged up in top right corner and I just donât like getting anything like that because I donât know if itâs new or itâs been damaged before. I just want to know if I should return it or get another one sent to me?

Delicious tea and awesome sellee
Had some damage with shipment, but seller promptly made it right. Hawaiian tea is delicious with bold flavor. Will definitely purchase again.
