Not vanilla-y enough for me. I would’ve kept buying this one but I had to order a different one because this was going to take forever to ship to me and I’m glad it happened because I found a new favorite. This one isn’t as strong so I have to use more of it, making the cost of it rather high for what it’s worth. It smells good but it doesn’t have that vanilla flavor I want, if you like a lighter vanilla flavor, you’d like this but if you want a stronger flavor I recommend the one on Amazon in the light blue bag. Can’t name drop or I would. (:

Stack Street’s Columbian Supremo Reserve makes a nice, velvety cold brew with a subtle, almost caramelesque, earthy flavor. I use hot water to heat up and dilute my cold brew concentrate, and this method with Columbian Supremo Reserve makes for a very enjoyable cup of full, smooth, rich, black coffee. Because of this blend’s pleasant earthy undertones, I’d also recommend this product if you like a little dairy in your coffee, or for making alcoholic coffee drinks, because even when blended with other products this brew’s rich flavor still comes through nicely. For optimal cold brew, though, this grind really needs to be a bit coarser– I expect some sediment when I cold brew, but even so I need to filter this concentrate before putting it into a carafe for refrigerator storage.
