Solid medium roast
Not particularly remarkable but it is a true medium roast, fairly balanced with fruity acidity. Whole beans are great since I like preparing it several ways. Pour over extracted an average morning cup. Espresso had a lower than average crema so could use a bit of high quality robusta. I appreciate a 100% Arabica otherwise.

Nice tasting Medium roast!
I only like medium and light roast coffees! This is a smooth coffee, great for pour over and to drink black! I also had it in my auto drip with cream and it was also delicious! Very pleased that it is organic coffee from a single source in Peru! I like to support small roasters. The price is about right for an organic, single source small roaster! I only wish they gave you more for selfiousness reasons! I will enjoy this smooth, rich and correct acidity coffee. It makes a great cup! Nice to find an organic roaster with a good bean! Bravo!

Great Coffee, A Little Pricey
Orgaanika Andes Villa Rica coffee is very flavorful and a nice drinking coffee. I found the taste smooth and not acidic. The beans are beautifully roasted to a medium roast. They grind nicely in an electric grinder and leave little to no residue, so you get your money’s worth of beans. The beans are also very aromatic. I sometimes mix medium roasts with flavored coffees, but have not tried this coffee in that fashion, largely because the taste by itself is very rich. This is a vey good coffee, but I find it to be a little pricey in relationship to other coffees of a similar level.

Full bodied with light fruity acidity
Very enjoyable cup of coffee. Medium roast. It is full bodied with a light fruity acidity. Not too acidic though, just about right. I enjoyed it brewed as a pour over with milk and sweetener.
