Awesome Flavor
I love this coffee for it’s rich flavor. The smell alone wakes you up and when the coffee hits your taste buds it is just wow. I love it. By far my favorite of the Oynx line.

This coffee is delicious beyond words. Amazing flavor, high quality, very fresh every time. Someone bought it for me as a gift and now it is my favorite. I am generally pretty picky about coffee, so if you are a bougie coffee drinker….. order a bag of Southern Weather! You will not regret it.

I struggle with extracting full flavor
It appears they may be just a little harder than standard beans, when i brew with their grounds i get coffee with a closer consistency to tea. It may be just a me issue with my method or it could be the type of coffee

I recently purchased a product labeled with a âManufacturedâ date of October 25, 2024, assuming it was freshly roasted coffee beans. However, it turns out this wasnât the roasting date, and the beans I received were already well past their optimal freshness window.Freshness is critical for good coffee, and this lack of clarity on the packaging feels misleading. The coffee tasted flat and lacked the vibrant flavors I expect from specialty beans. If the roasting date isnât clearly labeled, itâs impossible for customers to make an informed decision.I wouldnât recommend this to anyone looking for quality, fresh coffee. Brands should prioritize transparency to build trust with their customers.

I was a bit disappointed, but it was decent
I looked at several lists of top, espresso beans, and this came up as a great traditional blend that combines great with milk. Between the description and the appearance, it seems like a perfect gift for a friend of mine. Unfortunately, I was a little bit disappointed by both the taste and appearance. I find it hard to believe that this is classified as a medium â dark roast, it seems more like a light â medium or medium at best. Especially when paired with milk, like for lattes, the flavor seemed very muted. I also wasnât a huge fan of the flavor, but I know everybody has personal preferences on that – for some people, it might be perfect.The packaging was damaged when it arrived, so that was a disappointment since I purchased it as a gift for someone.Honestly, itâs a fine espresso blend, I just think you pay a little more than itâs worth.
