Terrific! Easy to use and clean
The fine mesh keeps tea leaves out of the tea. Wide “paddles” it sits on are good for even wider mugs. The depth makes it suitable for travel mugs. Very easy to rinse and clean. Soak it in boiling water and vinegar when it starts to show the tannins, a drop of soap if you want, and it’s like new again.Only thing I don’t really like is the size for storage. It’s kind of big and while nothing has happened to it in about a year of use, I do worry sometimes it might get bent / squished, but it’s sturdy enough and seems to be showing me that I’m worrying for no reason. On the plus, it’s large size means you could use this to brew a pot of tea easily for several people. Great buy!

Great product – no burned fingers!
My old infusers were getting rusty so it was time to replace them. I liked the idea of silicone grips and lid so I ordered two. They work as well as I imagined. The silicone on the grips keeps them from getting hot. Also, the silicone on the lid means that I can carry the used (and hot!) infuser without getting burned. Definitely a plus! The infusers clean easily and let the water flow through (but not the leaves) for a great tea. I would order these again for sure!

Simple & Effective
This infuser is a dream for tea loversâlooks well made of sturdy material that leaves no aftertaste; has an extremely fine mesh allowing tea to steep while preventing loose tea leaves from getting stuck. The infuser is smartly designed, so it sits in the teacup immersed in hot water, allowing tea to steep well. Another advantage is that the infuser is really simple to clean. I hold it upside down while pouring fresh water on the inverted bottom and around the sides. Occasionally, a piece of dried leaf gets stuck in one of the tiny holes; I simply remove it and the infuser is completely clean. I have gone through several types of infusers and will say this is the best one.

Excellent product
Fits on even my wider mouthed cups, is sturdy, keeps majority of the tea residue out of the cup and the lid helps keep it warm. After one use I store it on a plate and am able to get a second cup of tea later using the same leaves. Small enough not to be a storage issue.

Great for loose tea, but beware the lid
This works as intended and fits all my mugs. Super easy to use and the handles prevent you from burning your fingers, but there is one issue: the lid. It pops out of the silicone case for cleaning, but be careful putting it back into the case because itâs very sharp. I cut my thumb trying to put it back after washing it. Itâs easier to just use the silicone case as a lid and not put the metal back into the case. They may want to rethink this design flaw or dull the metal lidâs edges.

Good design
Works like any other tea infuser I’ve had, but the wide “arms” on the side make it useable on a larger array of mugs, and the drip tray (to put it in once you start drinking your tea) is also a nice touch. It’s definitely way better than the old-school tea ball (which traps the tea too much and doesn’t let the leaves unfold as much), and it even works better than other similar items I’ve had because of the wide rubber arms. Loving it so far.

Works very well. Nicely made with multiple micro spot welds on the seam – the cheap ones only have three welds and are weaker. The size is generous but not too big (I found the oxo good grip one too big for medium cups). And the tea tastes much better with loose leaves! Highly recommended.
