The best!!
I wasnât sure which ones to choose because I am picky about chocolate quality. I went with this brand and I was so pleased! I made the mistake of trying a different brand the next time because their 2 pound bag was cheaper and I thought they would be the same. I will definitely be going back to this brand! The chocolate is great and the espresso beans are even better- they have such a good taste to them!! Someone complained that there are fragments of beans and Iâm not sure I thought they were just smaller beans, but I liked the small ones the best. I think they are even better refrigerated. LOVE these ones- I will buy this brand from now on-donât need to try any others!

Great Flavour, but a Bad Bean to Chocolate Ratio! Tad Too Sweet
I am a milk chocolate girly all the way, but although this chocolate hit the mark every other way (great coffee flavour from the espresso beans, nice texture contrast with the soft chocolate exterior and crunchy bean interior, and a milk chocolate that doesnât taste cheap), it left me wanting in several ways.For example, it didnât have a good bean to chocolate ratio. I saw someone talk about it in another review, but I thought that it meant that there was just too much chocolate per bean. Actually, the beans are not even distributed as whole beans in the chocolate! Some of the chocolate balls only contain fragments or pieces of broken coffee beans which leads to an off balanced taste (too much chocolate to bean). This was disappointing because they are advertised as whole beans covered in chocolate, and I have never not eaten chocolate covered espresso beans that didnât come with whole beans inside.This contributes to the main issue with the chocolates. They are a little too sweet with the ratio of bean to chocolate. Although I am a milk chocolate lover, and love eating sweets, it makes it impossible to eat more than a few at a time (which I guess might be a good thing for some people) before your mouth gets that overly sweet puckering sensation. Of course, this is a purely taste-based opinion, however it would be something to note if this is something you struggle with when eating sweets. I also felt that the chocolate coating was sweeter than a milk chocolate by Tony Chocolonely, but might be comparable to the sweetness of Hersheyâs, or Lindt. To my palate, a little cloyingly sweet.

The BEST Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans
So let me explainâ¦in the type of guy that doesnât really drink coffee for its flavor but rather for its energizing effects via the caffeine. Iâll cut to the chase, these taste MOSTLY like plain chocolate but with a little âmochaishâ crunch in the center. I keep a bag at my desk and they are super addicting! Before I know it, Iâm fueled up into high gear after a few handfuls and itâs off to the races!(Mind you I also have ADHD so combined with my medicine, itâs the perfect synergy of energy and focus)I highly recommend if youâre looking for a yummy snack thatâs also going to be a bit of a pick me up and go!

1. It was shipped to my house in the middle of a climate change empowered heat wave for north texas. I’m talking fry an egg on the sidewalk and satan himself is crying about how hot it is kinda hot. They shipped it in a double thermal pouch thing with a ice pack inside. The ice pack is reusable. Its in my freezer for me to hold against my chest so I can survive the trip when i take out the trash on trash days.2. I ate the whole bag and it was delicious. I ate it all in one sitting and now I see God.

Don’t order in Summer
Great product and it came quickly but was completely melted into a mass of chocolate goo. They went to great trouble to avoid this, including a cold pack inside and insulated packing, but the Georgia Heat in a Fed Ex truck was too much. I don’t blame anyone for this. They tried. Just be careful ordering in summer. I’ll freeze it and eat it like pecan brittle.
