Very nice tea. Can brew it several times and it stays strong. The teapot could’ve been a little bigger. The flowers don’t open all the way.The bamboo box is very nice! I’m using it to store the rest of my tea equipment.

Very pretty
I purchased 2 of these for mother’s Day for both my MIL and GMIL…for being on the cheaper side of gift options I was pleasantly surprised (we made gift baskets with these and a glass teapot for center pieces). I was very surprised that it was organic. I knew it would be “kitchy” and fun (especially for a 3 year old grandson to watch) but I’m told that the taste was very pleasant with a smooth flavor, and as an added bonus it was caffeine free so a perfect relaxing cup of tea for bedtime.

ordered this item for an xmas present in november, i was abit disappointed because it said it may not arrive in time for xmas i was given a estimated delivery date between 11th dec untill january the 3rd at the latest, but it came today on the 17th december, so i was delighted! …the bamboo box is so pretty it really sets it off as a gift. i have seen other tea sets online but the box sold it for me. inside i found a rather small tea pot, its smaller than i imagined, but im still pleased. im sure the person i have bought the gift for will be happy. i am positive she has nothing like this, its always hard to find a unique gift! i paid under Â£20 for this gift and around Â£7 post and packaging, which i think was pretty good value.

I’ve now bought this twice for different people and both loved it. The presentation is wonderful with the bamboo box and it’s all packed together nicely. The tea pot is maybe a little on the small size, but it’s still fits the teas it comes with very well and for the price of everything you really can’t complain. Would recommend this particular blooming tea product.

Fantastic gift set for any tea fan
The beautiful thing about giving this box as a gift is that so many recipients will appreciate it: the tea afficionado, the casual sipper, and the tea newbie will all delight in it. Aside from gifting, it is ideal for entertaining and makes a lovely conversation piece.The set comes packaged in an attractive bamboo box that can be reused. Inside is another smaller bamboo box holding each of the tea flowers. I love a reusable gift, and this beautiful box is something that will find multiple uses. Also regarding the packaging, I was concerned that the delicate glass teapot would break during shipping, but it was snugly nested in a bed of shredded paper that left it completely intact upon arrival. Everything about the appearance is wonderful; it is a gift you can be proud to give to someone and does not feel like a bargain “couldn’t think of anything better” gift set.The box includes nine different flavors of tea; green, black, and white teas are all represented. The tea comes in the form of bundles in varying shapes that, upon contact with boiling water, unfurl into splendid flowers of leaves. The delicate glass pot allows for a great view of the blossoming. Each pot makes three small teacups, and each flower can brew three times without losing flavor. This tea set simply demands to be used with company, both because of the amount each flower brews and also because of how entertaining it is to watch. Drinking alone is definitely not the intent of the Numi set.I have only sampled the Jade Fortune green tea so far, but it is fantastic. Though I’m not much of a tea connoisseur, I greatly enjoy the flavor. The best was I can describe it is “earthy”– very natural and leafy. It has character, unlike the monotonous tea bags in the grocery store.The only drawback to this set is that the tea flowers are not labeled; you have to refer back to a picture guide to try and guess which tea it is you are about to drink, which in some cases can be difficult to discern. Labels on the packages for the flowers themselves would be more helpful.This set has me hooked, and once the nine flowers are gone, I will go to my local Asian market and pick up more of these, because it is truly a fantastic experience. If you or someone in your life has even an iota of interest in tea, this gift set comes highly recommended.

Very Well-Recieved Gift
I have given this set as a gift to several of my friends on different occasions. Every time it has been met with rave reviews. The packaging is such that you should open it first and re-wrap it in a prettier box. It looks just like the picture but it comes in a plain packaging box that takes away from how really special it is. And the price is great at about 20 bucks. Now, to the teas — The teas are dried flowers and herbs that are sort of stitched together to “bloom” when the hot water is added. The set comes with the pot and 6 tea “pods” of different flower/herb varieties. Each pod will make 3 pots of tea, so 18 pots of tea per set. You can buy more Numi Flowering Teas on Amazon or at a number of retailers. The teas are delicious and aromatic. The 3rd pot is not as strong as the first, but I suspect if you let it steep longer it would be fine. Also, by the photo you might think that it will be a beautiful centerpiece to your tea party. Not really — it’s cool and all, but the water is a lot darker than pictured and the colors are much more brilliant than pictured. It’s cool, just not as visually stimulating as the packaging. The box it comes in is pretty nice and can, of course, be used for numerous things. It is not lined as I recall and the bamboo slats are a little spaced apart, but it would be fine for storing tea, makeup, hair-kabobs and the like. I give 5 stars for presentation, and about 4 on actual use. But it’s still a really cool gift and for 20 bucks I’ll be buying more. This set is also available on subscribe and save so I’m stocking up for Christmas.
