We have been using these since they were sold at a national coffee chain years ago. Was super happy to find these after years of use and dishwasher drops have made casualties of our previous set. Best 20 oz. mugs out there!

Perfect mug for me!
This is my favorite mug of all time. I drink tea and coffee daily (I definitely drink too much tea), so this is saying a lot. I’ve had it a few weeks now and I absolutely adore it.Look: Someone else complained about the picture not going all the way around to the handle, but this is clearly shown in the pictures. It’s not a problem for me. I love the pictures. I purchased this one (Summer) for myself as well as the Spring version as a gift. I inspected it before giving it as a gift and it looks very nice.Feel: I love how this feels in my hand. It has a nice weight to it, not too heavy that it strains my hand, but not too light that it feels awkward. I love love love that little knob on top of the handle. It’s so natural to place my thumb there and it really makes holding a full mug waaaay easier, especially since it holds a fair amount of liquid. I feel like I have complete control.Size: This is my favorite size of mug, personally. I like to drink a lot of liquid at a time because I’m so addicted to tea and coffee.A couple other things to note: it is microwave safe, I always heat up water in this mug in the microwave because I’m lazy and can’t be bothered to put the kettle on. Also, it does come with a lid so you can take it on the go. I can’t comment much about its practicality, as I don’t take it on the go much and have barely used the lid. If I do use it more, I’ll update this review.tl:dr: love the images, love the size/shape/feel, LOVE the handle.I didn’t get any compensation/discount/anything for this review. weird rattling sound like loose chips inside the wall of the mug
They are great mugs but the rattling sound bugs me. Like loose chips in one of the mugs. Too much to return just one but might want to see if others had the same experience.

Good for the price, but more delicate and lightweight than usual
Good basic mug, but lighter and smaller than expected. Very well packaged in a box with a foam insert. Iâll post a picture. I just received them so I will wait about a month to report back on breakage or chips. They hold exactly the same amount as a corelle mug – about 10 oz to the brim. Nobody fills a mug to the brim with boiling water. You need room for the tea bag, cream, lemon and honey or sweetner so you really only can pour in about 8 ounces of hot water. I would definitely not put them in the sink with other dishes, because they are thinner than usual. The handle is a good size and comfortable holding a hot cup of tea, but the cup itself was hot to the touch so I had to let my tea cool off. The cups are a not bright white color if that matters to you. They have an off white tinge to them. I bought them as a replacement to my white corelle mugs which all broke over time. There are 3 adult heavy coffee and tea drinkers plus friends who drop in. I also eat my soups in a mug. I do not have a dishwasher. Having said all of that, I Like the look of them and will keep them for everyday use. I wanted to save my more expensive Apilco tea cups for company. I would recommend these to anyone. I will buy more of them if they donât chip after a reasonable time. I originally gave them 4 stars but changed it to 5 stars the next day because the entire family started grabbing them for everything from juice to smoothies and they are a breeze to wash out. Funny thing is that no one noticed that they were new mugs. They just statred using them like they were always there lol. One nice surprise is that because they are not thick and heavy, the mugs fit on my simple human dish drainer without bending the cup holder wires. I could only put drinking glasses on them before.
