Seriously the best coffee maker I’ve owned!!!
Let me start by saying we drink at least 2 pots of coffee a day in my house. I have owned lots of coffee pots. We prefer the 14 cup ones at this point, to allow everyone enough in the morning for coffee at home and for to-go cups to take along. There is kind of slim pickings when it comes to the 14 cup size coffee makers.
The last two I’ve owned were Braun and Cuisinart , 14 cup. Both were attractive and brewed fine. But…both of them dripped when pouring. EVERY TIME. Once I called Cuisinart to ask for a new pot, thinking it was just a fluke. They were nice enough to send a new pot, which dripped just as bad as the first one. I gave up and used it for a few years until it stopped working. I did not even really realize how annoying that constant dripping all over my counters was, until I got this Ninja coffee pot that has NEVER dripped once in the month that I’ve had it! I’m so grateful!
We love the separate water container, which is new for us. It’s much more convenient than using your coffee pot to fill. That usually drips on the counter too, in spite of how slow and careful you try to be. So, this separate container with a lid to seal it has been great!
The coffee pot itself is very attractive. It’s about the normal size of any other coffee pot. I like that there are no sides. It makes the pot easy to get out and one less surface to clean.
The warmer works great and is smooth, so easy to wipe down and keep clean.
The display was one of the easier ones I’ve had to figure out. Pretty self explanatory for the most part.
And, I think it brews better coffee than either of my last two pots and it’s faster.
I just really can’t find anything about this pot to complain about! I’ve never had a Ninja product in my life, so wasn’t sure what to expect. After the last two dripping insanely I figured I’d try something different. I’m so glad I did. This has been the best experience ever with a new coffee pot! I would TOTALLY recommend if your looking for a 14 cup, non-dripping, beautiful coffee maker.

Great deal with cleanable reservoir and no drip spout
Donât write many reviews but have to say this coffee pot impressed me with its high capacity (14 cup) clear plastic reservoir (a must to avoid gunk in your coffee water), simple and elegant no drip spout design (another must if you hate cleaning up tiny coffee spills every time you pour a cup), heavy-duty glass carafe, multiple brew settings, and programmable delayed start. Reusable mesh filter is a bonus that we did not expect to like so much as we do. Everything we wanted in a coffee maker and more, all for a reasonable cost that was well under the $100+ models from other brands with similar features and quality reviews. . Flavor is noticeably better than prior B&D coffee maker. Look is nice too. We canât yet speak to longevity but if build quality is correlated to longevity it should last much longer than our last machine. Delivered on time in great shape. Thanks!

Best Coffee Maker Ever Made!
This coffee maker is literally the best coffee maker ever made. Here is everything I love about this coffee maker that you canât always find in other coffee makers. The fact this coffee maker consists of these three qualities sets it above the rest.
1) Removable water reservoir. This is a must for me! This makes filling up the coffee maker so easy and drip free. It also eliminates the step of filling up the carafe with water and then pouring it into the coffee maker which always spilled water when I did it. With the removable water reservoir you only have to fill it up and then set it back into the coffee maker. Itâs impossible to spill water this way.
2) Makes 14 cups of coffee instead of the standard 12. And added perk! The more coffee, the better!
3) Pours without any dripping. Weâve had coffee makes that always make a mess when pouring the carafe. This one has an enclosed design that prevents that 100%.
The coffee maker also has the functions we expect in a coffee maker: programmable timer, can fill up a cup mid-brew without coffee dripping, glass carafe so you can see how much you have left, & coffee strength settings.
I have absolutely have no complaints or cons about this coffee maker. In my opinion, itâs easy, mess-free, & of high quality. itâs perfect!

DRIBBLE RESOLVED! Great coffee, great makerâ¦once you fix the pouring dribble leak.
This is an improvement from the Cuisinart that itâs replacing. Previous maker leaked from the carafe and had a completely rusted out bottom, indicating months of slow leaking. Removable water reservoirs is very convenient.
Like many others, I was getting a lot of dribble when pouring, mostly the first few cups. Not a little drip-drop, more like a couple of tablespoons all over the counter for each cup poured. Not every time though, so I kind of figured it was me, and how slow or fast I was pouring. FRUSTRATING.
I put some thought into the dribble / leaking issue, and got it resolved. For those of you still suffering with a messy counter top or table, look at the attached photo. Right on the outer edge of the pour spout, there can be a rough edge. Itâs a residual built up ridge of plastic leftover from when the part came out of the mold, and clearly does not affect all units. I initially used my fingernail to âscrapeâ the lip down, and pouring suddenly became 75% better. A little extra-fine sand paper, or a scrape from a razor knife took down the rest. Suddenlyâ¦no more dribble.
After that, Iâm right back to loving the flavor and richness of the coffee.
The âRichâ setting takes a while to brew, which is purpose of the button. The coffee is worth waiting for.
The programming is a little less than intuitive, but Iâll keep the instructions nearby for a few years.
Overall, a great 14 cup maker once the quality control issue is resolved.
