The milk gets quite foamy when we use it on our machine . The milk remains white.

304 stainless steel is amazing for making lye water or potassium water
after an accident with a non stainless container, (lye volcano) i did a mad search for 304 stainless steel, this container is 304 which means this 304 stainless steel is the most common form of stainless steel used around the world due to excellent corrosion resistance and value. 304 can withstand corrosion from most oxidizing acids. Great to make your lye water in or your potassium water in for soap making! I bought two just in case. No more lye volcano’s for me! this has held up to being used so far 5 times for lye water for my soap and i am beyond greatful!

Not as wide as expected. Good quality.
The product is light but seems good quality. I thought it was a little wider. You can’t fill the milk past 9oz or it will spill over if you are not paying attention. I filled it to 12oz and was standing next to it the whole time so it wouldn’t spill over. It’s perfect for warming water for tea. Fills up two of my larger tea cups if I fill water to the top and 1 1/2 if I put milk up to 12oz. I’m guessing if I want the milk to just be lukewarm than maybe I can fill it more.

Very solid
I was worried the material was going to be lower grade or flimsy but it turned out to be really solid and nice. Very impressed with the product.
