Best so far
I used to use one of these in an office. At home, I went through two cheaper ones that both broke after 1.5 years. Finally just got this one. Time will tell if it lasts longer, but Iâm super impressed by the way this handles non-dairy milk specifically. Both the hot and cold functions handle oatmilk perfectly. And regular milk is of course perfect too. Definitely the best steam results Iâve had in years.

Excellent frothing capabilities. Sleek design.
The frothing of the milk is great. I have tried all kinds of milk, the best two are husbands whole milk, and my soy milk. Not as good with the almond milk and skim milk.Tends to burn on one side after every use – had to replace our old same product with this new one due to excessive burning.

This is important
I returned this frother because it only heated the milk, it spun around but didnât froth it. I received a replacement and the same thing happened! This seemed an awfully big coincidence so I googled my problem. I found a Reddit conversation discussing it and two people mentioned that this happened to them and it turned out it was the milk. They were using organic whole milk, so was I. I bough regular whole milk and tried again. PERFECT foam!! DO NOT USE ORGANIC MILK!

Never worked
I got a replacement but same thing. Did not work. With Amazon, is a miss or a hit.

This replaces a failed frother on a Nespresso unit. It does come with a power base and plug to function independently although not needed in my case. It functions normally with the Nespresso unit. Hope it lasts….
