Nespresso machine makes great coffee. Worked great for a couple of months and the day after I was able to return due to coffee leaking at back of unit when brewing coffee. Amazon amazing customer service accepted my request for a return. So impressed with Amazon. I do however really like the Nespresso VerteoPlus machine. I ordered another however I added the 4 year warranty. Hopefully I donât have to use the warranty.UPDATE: After using the new VetroPlus for 10 months now… no issues at all.

I love this machine
I got tired of coffee grounds all over my counter after grinding and french pressing. I did the math on the high quality coffee I buy and I’m only spending if I have one cup per month $10 extra per month using pods.The coffee is HORRIBLE, but the espresso is WONDERFUL. I bought a bunch of coffee pods and just threw them away because the coffee was that bad.Otherwise, I am loving my machine and the ease of using it.

Great purchase!
Excellent coffee! So much better than I had anticipated. Capsules are a little pricey but the coffee is so much better than the Keurig I replaced. The frother warms the milk/cream ,as well as creates a wonderful froth to top your drink! The machine and frother are quiet and seem to be very well made. No regrets!

Vertuoplus Deluxe with Milk Frother Exceeded Expectations!
Until recently I had primarily used Keurig Starbucks K-cups for coffee at home. After staying at several European hotels equipped with Nespresso coffee machines, I instantly fell in love with the superior flavor and frothy rich consistency of the coffee it produced. So much so, as soon as I returned home I ordered a VertuoPlus Deluxe model with the optional milk frother, which adds a whole new dimension to coffee making. The main two reasons I selected the VertuoPlus over the newer generation Vertuo Next model was because the Plus has an easy to use motorized pod loading system and a large 60oz water tank. Whereas the Next Deluxe model employs a cumbersome manually operated hand-cranked lid to load pods and it only has a 37.5oz water tank. I also read reviews stating that the Next models were noisier too. To avoid scaling problems in my coffee makers I exclusively use distilled water. I suggest buying only genuine Nespresso coffee pods, as they taste better than Starbucks pods.

Amazing product!
I’m not your typical coffee drinker…not a snob about having to have a certain kind or flavor, I don’t buy coffee every day and I honestly don’t even have a coffee maker on my counter. BUT…I love a good cup of coffee and can certainly taste the difference.I had a couple different Nespresso pods at my friend’s house a while back and it was great, but I never got my own. After doing some research, I decided to go with a Vertuo machine and ultimately with the Vertuo Plus. I like the flexibility of the water tank as it can swivel from one side to the other and the reviews all said this was a great one to get. I scored this with the frother on sale, but wasn’t sure what pods I should get. I was delightfully surprised with I found this setup came with a sampler pack of pods!!I’ve used it a couple weeks now and it does NOT disappoint! I quickly learned which my favorite pods were thanks to the sampler pack.I brew one cup before I head to work (and mix in my steamed/frothed milk!) and sip on it on my commute. I wasn’t sure I’d ever use the frother, but it is a game changer!! SO SO GOOD!On weekends, I have 2-3 cups.One concern is the cost of the pods. Today I received the pod refiller setup and a can of good espresso and tried that. That will be a separate review, but I can say that it’s really good and works great!Buy with confidence and enjoy the deliciousness that it produces!

Was willing to pay extra as model was out of stock at Nepresso however did not expect sample coffee pods to be out of date as of July 31, 2020. $10 coupon on first order expired December 31, 2021.
